Great service and awesome atmosphere! Last time I was able to find one of these establishments was in North Carolina. We are from Florida and would love one to open down there but any chance I can get to get some of this pizza I always will! It was fairly fast quick and easy service. The place appeared very clean and the staff were super nice and helpful.

Nearly 20 minute wait on a pizza i ordered ahead to beat the lunch rush. Still waiting as we speak and the cook told me it will be an additional wait, he now has shifted over to the line and let another coworker hop on oven and she clearly isnt very experienced on it.
As a former assistant GM myself of this company, i am sitting here BAFFLED at how i am waiting a near half hour for an order ahead pizza. When i walked in the store their food prep was done and the store was DEAD.
Definitely wont be coming back to this location. Having only 3 people working the lunch rush was my first red flag. But this absolutely makes no sense. I couldnt imagine even my WORST employee from my old store taking this long.. and as im typing the lunch rush is already over (it was 5 customers tops) .
Just got the pizza and on the bright side it looks and tastes great. That wait time leaves much to be desired though. Team captain might need to be coached soon

Definitely not coming back here. What a weird angry vibe. Music is awkwardly quiet. Two employees who just stare at their phone and act like they hate me. I asked if they could add basil after the pizza is done instead of before and the girl felt like she had to ask three people if that was ok? Just a weird energy everyone is so angry and mad. The basil is old and gross. The dough they used was old and crusty. Topping lazily thrown on while the girl was talking to another girl about her hookup last night. Just a very strange and uncomfortable and awkward place. Really wanted to like it

Scott was extremely friendly and helpful with with helping us order our pizzas. He was very clean, made sure to switch out gloves between putting the non dairy cheese and regular cheese on our individual pizzas so as not to cross contaminate. This was our 1st time at MOD pizza. Ingredients were very fresh and refreshing that we could put as much as we want. Will definitely visit again.

Dining in…. finally! great service. Fast fast. Big selection of veggies and meat. I suffered a broken pizza!?. We ordered the califower crust. It broke in the oven. LOL. The staff reproduced my order promptly. Thank you it was delicious

We tried the new pizza pocket 4 cheese. It was good. The garlic cheese breadsticks were dry and burned. We threw most of them out. Not normal for them. The build your own pizza was also burned but not as bad.

This restaurant should start paying attention when putting out pizzas for pick-up for Uber drivers. I ordered a pizza, the receipt on top of the pizza box has my correct order, the inside – entirely different pizza. Ordering again in hopes to receive the right pizza. Please don’t mess it up.
