First of all — the customization? Elite. I love that I can load up on all the toppings without feeling like I’m being charged per sprinkle of cheese. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and everything tastes fresh. Not “sat-under-a-heat-lamp” fresh. Actually fresh.
The staff has always been kind, patient, and genuinely upbeat (even when the line is long). That kind of energy matters. You can tell they care about getting your order right.
And can we talk about how fast it is? You get a fully personalized pizza in minutes. With a family? Game changer. Nobody’s arguing over toppings because everyone gets exactly what they want.
It’s affordable, consistent, and just one of those places that never disappoints. 10/10 would happily crave again.

big shoutout to Marissa at this location! she is super kind and caring and very cautious with food allergies. the service she delivers is top tier and a wonderful example to be followed. in addition to her excellent service, the food was very good and the other staff were very kind and efficient as well. the food came out quickly and nicely. they do have gluten free crust, dairy free cheese and plant based meat available. i very much enjoy and recommend MOD pizza. I wish they hadn’t closed the location closer to me but this one isnt too far away. overall I can strongly recommend MOD.

My first time here today after seeing the chiropractor next door..salad and pizza taste amazing im sure it will be even better fresh and not the 20 minute ride home it took me. The toppings they carry are fresh even though they carry a lot of variety. We usually order their signature thin pizza which is baked to perfection.

The places nearest to me had closed down, of course making me sad. But of course there is this place!
They let you customize your own pizza and I enjoy it a lot! Some people in my family don’t like cheese, that’s okay, remove it. They also have all kinds of pizzas you can choose from if you don’t want to make your own.
Service is okay and the Atmosphere is cozy, the food is also really good.

I love this place for lunch and a thin pizza made my way every time. Very consistent quality and has been hot and delicious for me every time. The salads are good as well. The no name cakes are great and the limited pumpkin spice version is a must try when it is available. I go here regularly and always clean and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend trying this please. Think you will be happy. Thanks.

Horrible horrible the quality is horrible, the employees are horrible. Careless, rude. One of the pizzas wasn’t even cut! The other one was cut in two pieces; one large one super small. They didn’t put all the toppings on correct. I know people have bad days.. but it’s every time I go here since the last few months. Also, your ranch is pretty bad. Might be able to deal with it if you guys had better ranch like jets or Benito’s. But only thing good is the crust… at least then have that.

Hands down one of the best All Around Pizza Destinations Around! Similar to Blaze Pizza , but what’s great about MoD is the fact they have super super wide variety of options for toppings. Definitely a great bargain as well. Only place i kno where i can put broccoli and chick peas on a pizza and it’s Incredible. every single time i get the chance im taking someone new here whenever i travel south near detroit. This Troy exit gets my business religiously.

I had the pleasure to meet the manager Jeff who leads an extraordinary team providing a fabulous casual dining experience. The food was wonderful and I requested extra sauce and there are days I wonder if anybody really understands what that means because I rarely get it. Jeff delivered and I was grateful. The restaurant was immaculately clean. I was hesitant at first to patronize the establishment because of a prior experience at another location in another state as there was nowhere near any acceptable level of a satisfactory hospitable encounter where is the dislocation everything exceeded any and all expectations. I will definitely return When in the neighborhood again. Congratulations to Jeff and everyone here with a phenomenal success and I wish you many more future wonderful endeavors.
