I ordered through the app for pick up on Sunday. The promotion for kids get a free pizza was not honored despite me meeting all the requirements. The gentleman said it was for dine in only however I don’t see it saying that anywhere and why would It say on the app for mobile, ordering as well? I ordered multiple items on my pizza, but I was missing pepperoni. My wife got 5 to 6 different cheeses and even selected extra on a few of them, but there was more cheese in my kids lunch bowls then there was on her pizza. Pretty frustrating experience when they didn’t appear to be busy, but clearly didn’t pay attention or care about our pizzas.

We recently placed a large order for seven people, and Jasmine and Kyle made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Even with the size of our order, they stayed calm, friendly, and welcoming the whole time. They took their time to make sure everything was right and really made us feel appreciated as customers.

MOD pizza is a great fresh choice for any meal. This visit was no exception. This is the first time I’ve tried a salad. It was great! You choose exactly what you want on it and they toss it together for you. The balsamic dressing was really good! The pizza is so good in the wood fired oven. The dough is really good! If you haven’t been, you really need to give it a shot. I love that you just pay for whatever size you get and then regardless of the ingredients you choose for them to add, it’s still the same price. Hard to go wrong with that deal!

We tried MOD Pizza for the first time, and unfortunately it’ll also be our last. For the price, the quality just isn’t there. The pizza itself had an okay flavor, but the crust was a major disappointment — pastey, chewy, and nothing like what you’d expect from a place specializing in pizza.
Overall, it felt overpriced for what you get. With so many better pizza spots out there, MOD Pizza just doesn’t make the cut for us.

Came into MOD pizza on pickerington tonight at 8pm and had the best experience I’ve ever had in “fast food” the place was clean, and the staff were all amazing ! Jaz made our pizzas with so much love. She explained the process of making my pizza, offered all Toppings and I didn’t feel rushed. I also want to shout out the rest of the staff ! You could tell every person cared about their job and put their all in their task. Everyone I interacted with was polite. Thank you for the positive interactions and making my night smooth and my belly full.

Shouting out this location for their superb customer service. I came in tonight with a group of teenage boys to celebrate my son’s birthday. One of his friends started feeling dizzy and lightheaded in line so we got him a seat and water. One of the employees named Jasmine thought to ask if he had eaten anything today (which he had not) and she got him a complimentary no name cake so he had something to eat while pizzas were being prepared.
Beyond this, all of the employee were polite and patient with our entire group. They didn’t have any issue with our large order or keeping everything straight. The food was hot and delicious! I will absolutely be frequenting this location more often. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

I come often, it’s my favorite pizza place, however tonight was terrible. The employees weren’t very friendly, looked annoyed, I ordered to go, when I grabbed my pizza and went to car it wasn’t even hot, it was a mushy taste, I think they took out of oven too early and let it sit. It was my worst experience there. I told my friend, as much as I eat here I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon

The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was. Upon arrival the lady behind the counter must’ve noticed that this was my first visit to their establishment. She walked me through the crust varieties and toppings all with a friendly smile.
I ordered two (2) pies. One mega dough with alfredo, spinach, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, bacon, mozzarella, and chicken. The other with bacon, pepperoni, pizza sauce, green peppers, onions, jalepenos, tomatoes, black olives their special Canadian bacon and mozzarella.
You basically pay for the crust then you can have unlimited toppings.
I was skeptical because of the price (between 7 and 9 dollars) but after my very first bite I was hooked.
Fresh toppings and their wood fire oven really brought those pies to life!
The atmosphere was very subtle for it was a Tuesday around four in the afternoon in Pickerington, Ohio and there were only two guests dining in. The service however was A1 and I’m all the way pleased!
This would DEFINITELY be a good spot to take the whole family!
