The prices on the board didn’t ring up what was advertised. The server was not helpful w explaining why. The pizza was good but the music was extremely loud. I live out of town and this was one of my favorites places before I left Augusta. Just a shame a little pizza costs that much. I got the smallest on the menu. No drink , 2 pizzas, $27. Just a shock

On Sunday, November 30, my family and I decided that we were going to do something a little different and enjoy pizza for dinner after church opposed to the traditional Sunday meal. We were a little burned out from Thanksgiving food so we decided to go to Mod Pizza instead. When I tell you, it was an AMAZING experience , that would be putting it mildly!!!! We were helped by four kind, upbeat, funny, courteous, thoughtful, patient staff members: Tamera, Mya, Genesis & Que offered some of the very best service that I’ve experienced at an establishment such as this. They were patient with our questions, especially from my two young children. They made us laugh and handled our food with care. We will definitely be back not just for the pizza but to visit them. This is a dream team combo.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the small pizza was in a giant box, the pizza was about 6 inches in diameter. I think my hand was a lot bigger. Immediately the pizza went into the trash, it looked like tomato sauce on pita bread ! Never never ever again !

When the website, sign on the door, and google say they close at 9pm, I guess that doesn’t mean anything. We placed an order to be picked up at 8:30, when we get there they tell us the order wasn’t made and they closed at 8. No apologies from the staff. We had to ask for a refund because we paid online. Refund still hasn’t hit our account. Do not trust their hours. And the way they handled the situation was very poor. Never going back, and will be calling if the refund doesn’t go through soon.

Full disclosure, ordered Uber Eats but spent over $60 bucks so actually expected them to live up to all the hype and not send me burnt pizza or cookie but ehh. Lesson learned, 1st and last time ordering from them!

They apparently decided to close an hour early on Wednesday Nov. 26th. No indication they were closing early when we arrived to pick up our order they stated they were preparing to close and didn’t bother to make or order that was paid in full online. They should be embarrassed by their customer service and how they didn’t handle this situation. Will never return and will never recommend MOD Pizza to anyone ever again! This crew needs to do better, they should be embarrassed.
