Food is always good but they can definitely improve customer service. Our last experience wasn’t a good one. There were two people in line before us . The young lady was methodically preparing their order which was several pizzas. Yes, it was slow but no big deal. What bothered me was the second young lady working at the same counter who couldn’t pause long enough in preparing online orders, to assist us. She looked at us several times fully aware that we had been waiting awhile. Yes, I understand that it is first come, first serve. But maybe rather than continuing to fill online orders, of which nobody was waiting on, instead take care of your in-store customers. I would rather patronize stores that care about all their customers. I would have had no problem waiting if they had only one employee working, but that was not the case. Value all your customers!

If yall look, I rarely get a 5 star review, but I went into this place for the 1st time. Luke and Yanny were amazing!! 1st place I went to worker actually work don’t have ear pods in they ears. Actually interacting with the guess. Yanny was the best. If he ever moved to the Sandy Spring GA area, I would have a job for you. Great consumer service!! Reminded me of me when I was young. This young man made me and my wife day. It was a great experience. I am sitting here looking at buying a MOD. The food that was good and fresh. Yanny might need you to train my staff.

Pizza maker didn’t change her gloves in between preparing pizza’s. She acted frustrated when I asked her to do so. Manger however stepped in and fixed the problem and offered me free pizza which I declined his offer. Make your own pizza is awsome..pizza was good and the cashier was polite.
