My new favorite pizza place when I visit Cary. I love all the choices for toppings. And they have vegan cheese too. Very thin crust allows for extra toppings without getting filled up on bread.

Haven’t been to Mod Pizza in a long time, and I am so glad I’ve made my way back. I got their 11-inch thin crust with their spicy marinara as my base and topped it with oregano, spinach, garlic, mozzarella, and on the side some pesto. Right away, I got the amazing aroma and taste of the spicy sauce. That combined with the other toppings just made each and every bite pop. I am so glad that I have leftovers that I can dig into later! And this yumminess was only $10, such a great deal!

Also, the staff were very nice and even took the time to bring my pizza out to me. It was a beautiful day, so I decided to sit outside. Overall, it was a great experience that I cannot wait to experience again!

My favorite fast casual style pizza place. The pizzas come out quickly but well cooked, with a thin crispy NY style crust. The “mod size” pizza will fill even an American adult, or you can split one with someone else. Calexico is my favorite of their premade recipes. Also, the employees are always super nice and this place hires a very diverse staff which is great.

This location has consistently good food and service. For the price, you can’t beat unlimited toppings and friendly staff. I recommend ordering online to cut down on your wait time during peak hours. Great spot to have in the rotation!

Look, if you have time to go to a sit-down pizza joint, do that instead. You’ll wait just as long and it’ll probably be better- and hopefully you won’t have to listen to inane conversations about how Monster dehydrates you as you silently beg a grown boy to just make a pizza.

Let me tell you how ridiculous this was. We were the second in line. The woman in front of us ordered one pizza. It took this guy a good five minutes to put toppings on the pizza. Don’t get me wrong, the customer was on point. This was all him. I guess we were just doing an art project today? Before the first of my party got to order, he wandered off, then made some other pizzas (???) Finally, he made the first 3 pizzas ordered by the first member of my party. Y’all seen What We Do in The Shadows? He was Colin Robinson levels of slow and obnoxious. I really felt like we were being pranked. Ok, seven more minutes to make her (VERY simple- the children these were for don’t even like cheese) 3 pizzas. Cool, clearly, he will finish the rest of the group, right? Nahhhhh fam, he’s gotta make four more mystery pizzas. Finally, we get to order. It is VERY complicated- j/k, it’s pizzas just as they are on the menu with one substitution. He asked three times.

Finally, we’re through pizza ordering hell. Remember when you had to call and talk to an actual person to order pizza, and that person was stoned out of their mind and forgot how English works? It was like that except this guy was proclaiming his love of energy drinks. Whoever runs this store- please make sure you have enough for him or your store is gonna collapse. I’d hate to see him without one.

Though he isn’t the only one to blame. While we were in pizza purgatory, a woman came in, giggled, and said coyly, “oooh, did I leave at the wrong time? Were you so busy?” (It is 12:40 pm, it is LUNCHTIME). To her benefit, they assured her that they weren’t busy at all! (Then why did it take me 25 minutes to get the thinnest crust pizza I’ve ever had?)

By the time we finally got our pizza, the rest of our party finished eating. By the time we finished eating, we finally got our cheese bread. When I came back up and tried to ask a question, bud was too busy on his phone to pay attention. I just walked away. Y’all’s loss.

Truly, we were laughing the whole time. How can a place set up like chipotle with a very slow trickle of people function this poorly? Please link me to the Punked footage when it airs (and thank you for not making me meet Aushton Kutcher.)

All that aside, the pizza was decent. If it were quick like the set-up suggests it might be, I would have been fine.

I’m guessing the in-between orders were online orders- why on EARTH are you making those in the middle of a party WITH NO ONE ELSE IN LINE?? Why are you sending workers away at lunchtime? (And, judging by the way she cleared the line AND rung everyone up while our buddy was looking for his long-lost Monster energy drink, the only competent one) Why are you so painstakingly show at putting toppings on a pizza?? Why, y’all? WHY?

Bizarre experience. Y’all would have to pay me to go back.

The pizza was great, there was a nice crispy crust which is huge for me. There were tons of options for toppings, I went with the mad dog which was basically a meat lovers and all of the ingredients seemed very fresh. Overall I’d probably give it a 7.9/10. Great spot!

I ordered a veggie pizza, specifying **only** vegetarian toppings. Yet, to my complete shock and disgust, the pizza arrived covered in bacon and chicken—both of which I cannot eat due to strict dietary restrictions. This is not just a small mistake; it’s a complete failure in basic attention to detail and respect for customers’ needs. It shows a disturbing level of carelessness from Mod Pizza, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. For a company that caters to diverse dietary preferences, this is a huge issue. What if this had been an allergy? This isn’t just about a wrong order—it’s about neglecting customer health and safety. I expected better, but clearly, Mod Pizza doesn’t take these matters seriously.

This cozy pizza place knocks it out of the park. The staff is efficient and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. AND…..you can add your toppings at no additional charge. They fellows who were working were very amenable and piled our pizzas with scrumptious toppings. They sang along to the 80s rock playing softly in the background and seemed to enjoy their time at work. Ok. Back to the food. Pizza is $10.99 don’t forget it includes all your toppings. I added a medium salad, again whichever topping you want. It was a lot of food. In addition THEY HAVE CAULIFLOWER CRUST. This crust is gluten and flour free and it is spectacular. I hope one of these delectable restaurants comes close to where I live. It is worth the drive for delicious, fresh pizza, the way you want it.

Great place for vegan, Gluten-free options. I love the spicy red sauce, vegan cheese, and vegan sausage. We added mushrooms diced tomatoes black olives and pineapple topped with a fab balsamic fig glaze.

Still the best.
