On a Sunday evening after 8:30PM, the staff at Mod Pizza informed me that 2 out of 3 of our pizza’s came out burned. The woman and man behind the counter went out of their way to re-make the pizzas AND the woman offered me a free pizza for the next time I came in. She also offered me a beverage and desserts and was very apologetic. This was all without me asking or complaining!
The food is always made to order and the staff is clearly phenomenal! Our dinner was delicious. Highly recommend!

The pizza is thin and small. Barely any sauce and toppings. Everyone that ate has had stomach problems starting within a couple hours after eating there lasting into the next day. I will not b returning. Not worth the price. Avoid at all costs!

Walked in on a whim. And it paid off. This place is pretty cool. Like the subway of pizza. You get to dress your own pizza with what you’d like on it!
The ladies behind the counter were pleasant and a hoot to listen to while we were eating.
The restaurant was clean and the music playing was upbeat, light, and danceable.
Not saying it turn it into a dance club, but also not saying you couldn’t.
Pizzas were just so dang yummy! Two came out of the oven at the same time we finished filling our drinks.
I spent nearly $40 on 3 drinks, 2 mini pizzas, and a mod pizza. Although it seemed a little pricey in my book it was more than offset due to the customer service, flavor, atmosphere, and experience.
My family will come back.

The staff made a mistake on my pizza but did everything they could to make it up to me. They were very kind and professional! And the pizza is always so tasty~

I had never been here before, but our school was having a fundraiser night, so we decided to try it out! Online ordering was super easy! My children LOVED that they got to customize their pizza so it was exactly what they wanted! When I came in to pick my pizza up, the staff was very friendly! This pizza was amazing and we will definitely be coming back again!

Saturday October 4, 2025; My experience was totally different from the above reviews. The young man that prepared my pizza was very kind and generous. However once the pizza left his hands and was passed on to the cook. This young man was scratching his hair, touching mop handle and , mop head….Sticking his hands in his pockets… Just being very unprofessional and un sanitize. I kept waiting for him to wash his hands. The manager and the other young man who had prepared my pizza, were all standing there laughing and talking with each. They were watching him and one of them said something. Not one person encouraged him to wash his hands.
The three of them when about laughing and talking as if this was normal behavior. I looked at the three and thought there’s no need to address this issue. I watched as he box the pizza and asked did I want cheese or peppers. I said “no thank you and I exited the restaurant.”I drove home feeling like, I had just wasted twenty bucks. Needless to say I threw away the pizza.

This was my first experience at MOD pizza, and I’ll definitely be back! I’m not sure what his name was, but the guy making the pizzas acted like that was his passion, making the perfect pizza for you. You can tell he doesn’t just see his job as a paycheck, he enjoys doing what he does. This was our first visit, and he was very patient and even offered suggestions.
But when that pizza came out of the oven, it was SO delicious and beautiful. This was a good experience, and we definitely plan on going back!

Great food, great service! It’s like the Subway of pizza places!! The pizza is so thin and crispy! You decide how much sauce, cheese and toppings! Unlimited toppings for the same price, no extra charge! They have great salads too! The atmosphere is cool, the place is brand new and very clean and there is outside seating! Mod pizza hires people that may not be able to get jobs elsewhere for whatever reason! The staff is new and definitely still learning the job but everyone is happy and greats you with a smile! P.s. I like light toppings on my pizza!!

First visit and certainly won’t be my last. Service was quick and friendly. You can choose from pre-designed options or choose to create you own. I chose one of the Mad Dog and added a few more items. Regardless of your toppings the price for each size is the same and there are so many toppings to choose from. We got our pizza quickly and it was delicious. They are very accommodating for special requests. Overall, it was just a great experience all the way around. This is probably my new go-to place for pizza in Burlington!
