Stopped by MOD Pizza in Chesterfield and the pizza was honestly really good. It came out fresh and super hot, just how I like it. The crust had that perfect crisp on the outside but was still soft inside, and the toppings tasted fresh.
The staff wasn’t the warmest, but they got everything done quickly and the place was clean. Overall, the pizza definitely made it worth the trip. I’d go back again.

One of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Both Jenna and Lizzie were amazing. They went out of their way and made extra sure there was no cross contamination with any meat ( I am a vegetarian). I was there at the end of the night and they still both had the best attitude and charisma even though it was a very busy time and there were a lot of customers

Great pizza, great staff.
They have plant based cheese and italian sausage for vegan options. Not bad. Lots of veggies to add as well. I would have loved to see beyond steak tips or soy curls on the menu, but what they have is totally feasible and I ended up with a good vegan pizza.
I placed a pick up order and the form/website told me it would be ready in 13 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and it hadn’t gone in yet… took another 30 minutes to get the pizza. However — the person working realized that this was not a great customer experienced, and they offered to refund me the full amount without me having to ask or express frustration or anything. There were a few other people waiting on late pizzas and he offered them the same as well. I’m very please with how they handled that situation. Seemed like they may have been short staffed.

Not the right order, and honestly, not that good.
This was my fourth time giving MOD Pizza a try, and I regret it every single time. The pizza in the photo isn’t what I ordered—again. It’s always something. The food is just average at best, and the service feels rushed or careless. Atmosphere is the only thing that’s decent.
I only keep trying because they’re close, but at this point, I’m done. Just go to Sergio’s instead—it’s worth the extra drive.

Have been twice. Both times ordered online ahead of time. Got there 10-minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready and neither time was it ready. I ask the status, no one knows. They don’t know if it’s in the oven or if it’s been prepped or where it is or how long it will be. What’s the point of ordering online and scheduling a pickup time if it doesn’t matter?

Great selection of fresh ingredients to trick out your pizza just the way you want. Staff are very friendly. I like their crust better than Blaze Pizza. Prices are average.

Made an online order – arrived to the restaurant to receive my order and was told that my name would be called when it was ready. i waited 15 minutes past my ready time and my pizza hadn’t even been fixed. I watched Employee Kia grab an in person customers pizza off the “to be cooked” rack and say it was mine but needed to be cooked. i cancelled my order.

The pizza is excellent. The crust is crisp but can still bend and not crack. The red sauce is tangy and there are tons of ingredients to top it with. It cooks fast and since the pies are individual size, the whole family can get exactly what they want and don’t have to compromise.

they told me they didn’t have lettuce so i never got the salad i ordered then i also order a cheese pizza and when the he/she got it out the over it walked over to its co worker whispering about why is it a pepperoni pizza so i end up with a pepperoni pizza. 0/10 recommend the place has gone downhill

Ordered 30 minutes ahead. App says ready at 550. Arrive at 555 they don’t know where the pizzas are 20 minutes later they act like it’s no big deal. If you can’t keep up then quit. Pizzas don’t take an hour
