My only complaint we came in Saturday around 7:30 and they were out of the delicious guac 🙁 I live in Charlotte and this place is still the best guac I’ve had. Everything else is amazing and we brought the whole family here for the holidays!

Finally got to check this place out. Probably won’t be back. Wasn’t anything particularly special about it. Ordered a combo which was alright and also the taco salad. Nothing special about it either and for $11 I would have liked for the bowl to at least be half full. Only one server/bartender/host was on the flop at the time and he was doing his best no I have no knocks on that aspect. Overall though just a Mehh experience. The margarita tower could possibly bring me back but likely for just drinks and maybe chips/dip.

I recently had an incredible dining experience at this hidden gem of a restaurant. The food was truly outstanding and brought back memories of my travels to Mexico. Each dish tasted incredibly authentic, and the flavors were a delightful burst of nostalgia.
The owner’s warm and welcoming nature added to the overall charm of the place. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect at our table and even took the time to inquire if we needed anything else. His personal touch made the meal even more enjoyable.
I can’t wait to return and explore more items on their menu. With such an great first visit, I’m eager to try all the other items on the menu. I can’t believe it took me so long to discover this little gem, but now that I have, it will undoubtedly become one of my go-to spots. If you’re looking for authentic and delicious food paired with good service, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pollo Hawaiian was delicious! Did not care for Pedro’s favorite or the street corn. Will go back would love to try the Hawaiian Burritos.

Great food and menu options. That cantina salsa is the first one I’ve had in Greenville County that was made right and tastes great! We’ll be back for sure. Nice vibrant atmosphere.

Dined here with my family and the place is nice ,clean and the staff is very friendly.
What we ordered:
Queso – which was really good.
Salsa- salsa and chips were complimentary but the salsa had interesting flavor and didn’t taste like any salsa we’ve had before.
Street Corn which was on the co and the flavors of the corn was good but the corn didn’t taste that fresh.
Steak quesadilla – there was a lot of steak but not a lot of cheese which made the quesadilla very dry
Enchiladas – (I’m not sure of the exact name on the menu) – my husband said they didn’t come out as traditional enchiladas and it had a red sauce on it that wasn’t a fan of.
Cheese quesadilla – my child loved it.
Rice and beans – had really great flavors
Margarita – I had a small frozen margarita and it was really good.
Overall – I give the place a 3. Not sure if we would return.

They have just opened with a soft menus but the food is amazing. Very authentic! They know what spice is! I can’t wait to see what the full menu will be. The staff was very helpful and very attentive. The owner checked on us and made sure we were taken care. We will definitely be back! Had the Lengua(cow tongue) today it was good don’t be afraid to try it! The me Mexican street corn is good as well.

The food is old and stale-tasting. The beer tasted flat in an old and dusty glass. The chicken in the fajitas tasted like they had cooked it days ago and heated it up in the microwave. Chicken was very dry and the grease they used to cook the vegetables need to be changed ASAP. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

Moctezuma’s is an awesome Mexican restaurant I highly recommend. We live right down the street from here and have passed it many times before stopping in tonight.
Our appetizers and food came out quickly, our server was friendly. The owner Steven came by and greeted us as well. The people here are great.
Really liked the food here and it didn’t break the bank for a date night. I love the cozy atmosphere here, with vibrant colors and soft music.
I recommend the arroz con pollo, the street tacos, and enchiladas mexicanas. The chorizo dip was out of this world!

Terrible experience. When I came in there was a lady complaining about how her whole order was wrong and she wasn’t paying and walked out. Low and behold, my whole order was also wrong. After being seated I waited for about 30 minutes I had to eye down my waiter to get a water he then came and said he forgot about me and was it dine in or carry out after supposedly taking my order along with the menu. I was confused, so I told him it was fine if he already put it in for carry out but he came back with a tablet asking me what did I order. I told him the pollo combo and he comes back with 3 steak tacos after telling him that’s not what I order I then said again I wanted the pollo combo which is marinated corn tortillas tacos with onion and cilantro and comes with rice and beans. He comes back again with three very dry chicken tacos on a flour tortilla. If I hadn’t already paid I would have also walked out on the tab but I told him it was fine, left no tip and left. I will never return back there again.
