Inspired by our desire to serve and create a sense of community, Mockingbird Bar + Garden is a food and drink focused gathering place in a lively, convivial setting, stylishly designed to create memorable experiences. Located on the Bike Path and Open all day in European fashion, our combination of Espresso Bar, Cocktail Lounge and Wood-fired Kitchen offers fresh approachable Cicchetti (small plates) in the style of Venice, and prepared in our Wood Burning Oven, or as they in the French Countryside, “Au feu de bois”. Driven by our love for food and knowledge of wellness, our daily changing menu encourages you to eat seasonal and clean while still having a bit of indulgence.

What an excellent dinning experience! I felt the exact description on their website throughout our first time there. Staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming. We brought our baby in with us and everyone was very accommodating, and she enjoyed the scenery of the open kitchen. Menu items are well thought out and seasonal. It’s clear a lot of love was put into the creation of the menu, atmosphere, and desired experience for customers.

We dined here for the first time for our anniversary. What a beautiful space! We ate at a table in the bar area, but we look forward to trying the other seating that they have there. The cocktails were very yummy. I had the Blue Line Moonshine, which my husband described as “summer in a glass.” Our appetizer was artichoke dip served with crustini – much better than the usual chips or crackers most places serve. For dinner we ordered the Fig and Pig Pizza to share and the Indonesian Crab Cake special. Both were delicious, but the crab cake was out of this world! My husband is a chef so we know what good food should taste like. Well done! We took no pictures because we were too busy having fun. I forgot to mention that the dinner was very affordable for the level of cuisine and experience it was.

We sat outside for dinner tonight. They have a unique style menu. The crab cakes and the wood fired pizza were both excellent. Nice, but small selection of beers on draft. Nice wine and cocktail list. Very friendly staff. We will come again.

What a hidden gem! Well probably not so hidden but it was our first time here and wow!! Drinks were true craft cocktails with fine liquors and the flatbread was the best I have had locally. This is what people usually travel to the city to enjoy and it’s here in our own backyard!

This place is so cute but the food needs improvement. The chicken thighs were absolutely terrible…undercooked and a weird rubbery texture. Deviled eggs were good but served on a plastic disposable plate? Pizza was ok. Cocktails seemed watered down. This place has so much potential but they need to correct the food big time.
