We ordered 144 donuts, 4 different flavors for my wedding on 10/18! The team did a fantastic job on the donuts, they were absolutely delicious!! Guests were raving about the donuts and they got devoured so quickly. Luckily we had a couple left over for the next morning to snack on Thank you so much Team, Alex, Rio, Sage, and Elle!! We will always visit when in the area!

It’s been a few months since I stopped in. Wow! Things have changed for the worse. The food still tastes good but the place was DIRTY!!!! Toilet didn’t flush and there was paper everywhere since the trash hadn’t been emptied. The floors in the dining area were really scuffed up from the chairs. Though the workers were friendly, the kitchen was staff was super slow. It took them 25 minutes to fry two corn dogs. I know because I looked at the timestamp on the receipt. At the time, we were the only customers ordering. There were two people ahead who looked like they had been waiting for awhile. The one guy only ordered one corn dog when they brought out his order. Can’t imagine what the held up was.

The mochi donut flavors seem to rotate daily but we were very happy with their selection the day we went and loved the ube, matcha, and strawberry banana ones we got to try! The outside of the donuts are crispy but the inside is soft and you can definitely pick up on that buoyant mochi consistency. We liked that they weren’t too heavy or greasy either so you could eat many at a time without feeling yucky after. The boba was also quite refreshing – we ordered coffee and matcha!
Mochinut has impressive service as well! When we arrived, it was about twenty minutes before close on a Friday night and while there was a line that wrapped all the way around the interior it went by quickly and efficiently. The staff were also very friendly despite how stressful it must have been to get through all those orders in time. We’ll definitely be back!

I went there today and got 3 mochi donuts and a potato half and half corn dog. The mochi donuts were 3 for $10, and i got the churro, chocolate matcha, and the thai tea donut. All were really good, but i personally preferred the churro one bc it didn’t have that much to it. And the corn dog i got was $7, which was also really good. It was fresh and had a really good cheese pull. And the inside seating and everything was just really nice and clean. I found the bathroom pretty aesthetic as well as the seating area. The lady who took my order was also very nice, so thank you to her.

I was down from out of country visiting some friends and heard that I needed to try these. We have been there almost every day I’ve been down for a donut and coffee to start the day and everything has been absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly, the donuts are fantastic (lychee raspberry is absolutely my favourite), very flavourful with an interesting texture because of the flour they use. They’re great for pulling apart a sharing which was awesome for our group because we all got to try all of the flavours on offer this week (because flavours rotate regularly)! We even got to try the hot dogs today and they are fantastic too. Between the amazing food and the friendly staff I can’t wait for my next visit to Milwaukee so I can come back!

Manager explained that they had higher volume for grand opening and shortly after. So if anybody has came already and not had the best experience, please come back and give them another try. Donuts were awesome light and fluffy different texture than the ones you get elsewhere (in a good way). I tried each donut the other week and loved the matcha and the hot cocoa ones! I tried the ube boba and was happy with such a cute cup it comes in! Will be coming back soon for more but also to try the corn dogs when that is available 🙂

Not just plain donuts… These are different, so don’t go in expecting a cake donut. These are a little chewier, since they are made from glutenous rice. Flavors are light, not overpowered. Not greasy. Good change of pace, and I want to try more flavors.
Had donuts (mochi balls, small donuts, weren’t available), and a half/half Korean dog. Half hot dog, half mozzarella cheese, dipped in a crunchy batter. Batter is a little sweet, I wish the cheese was slightly salty, but it was good nonetheless.
Had bubble tea, which was also good.
Being new, they were swamped, but the staff was handling it well. Friendly staff. Try the Fat Milk, which is Vietnamese coffee and condensed milk. That was very tasty and a good alternative to a Starbucks.
$6 for boba, $6.25 for the dogs, donuts were 3/$10. Pricey? A bit, but it’s also a novelty too.. and the quality of the staff was worth it.
I’ll come back. I want to get the coffee and try some different flavors.
