Supercute date night dessert spot. The donuts are yummy and adorable. We were greeted with friendly service. Decor was also pink and sweet just like the donut. Just docked them points on atmosphere because it was way too hot to sit and stay and enjoy.

I decided to give this place a try through Too Good To Go, and wow—I was impressed! I got two drinks, one Peach Mango and one Brown Sugar, and both were phenomenal. The boba was cooked perfectly—not too hard, not too soft. I think I’ve officially found my new favorite drink spot!
The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the customer service could have been a little friendlier. It wasn’t bad, just not very welcoming. Still, the drinks were so good that I’ll definitely be back!

I didnt like the cleanliness of the place, you buy the corndog but adding a little sauce is extra. The place is really hot seems like no ac, we paid around 40 dlls for 2 corn dogs 2 donuts and 2 drinks and the corndog was plain not even mayo and Sriracha and other stuff was extra. The cups for the boba had a sticker with the name in purple which left me and my mom purple stained because the marker was all dripping down which stained my arm shirt and car. My corndog was really dark and seemed all wet when I received it

Nice grand opening week. Donuts fresh. Good selection of flavors. Rice Hot dog variants fresh. Hot Cheetos Original is delicious. Fast and friendly service. Ample parking spaces, even on busy days/ weekends. Good job on the new location.

Small selection of donuts, maybe about 25 in total. Donuts are not encased and wide open behind a single standing glass. Employee was talking over the donuts and without a face mask and casually picking a scab on his arm while telling us about the donut flavors- no gloves but did use a utensil to grab the donuts before boxing them. Donuts were cold, and you could taste the old grease as if it was fried in old oil. This place is greatly lacking in quality and to make it even worse, $10+ for 3 donuts (and they have the nerve to ask you to “answer some questions” during check out about a tip.) save your time and money. Highly disappointed and would never recommend.

My daughter and I went out for lattes and donuts and decided to try this place out. As we arrived it looked closed because of a power outage, I was unable to take pictures because of the lack of lighting. Everything looked delicious so I decided to take one of each flavor, staff was friendly and informed me that flavors are different every week or two. As we got home and enjoyed them as they where fresh and soft as I imagined. We will visit again try out more from their menu since we love boba and they also make corn dogs.

Said there weren’t any donuts left.
Didn’t try to compensate us despite our reservation.
I like Mochinut but that left a bad impression on this location. This was a 30 minute drive, so it was very discouraging.

We went into Mochinut and there was only one employee working at the time. She was busy frying and measuring, which is understandable, but during the several minutes we were in the store she never once acknowledged us. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. We even stood there discussing which donuts to get, hoping she might glance up or say something, but she didn’t. With the music playing loudly, it felt awkward to interrupt her, so after waiting, we ended up leaving without ordering.
All we wanted was a simple donut box, nothing time consuming or complicated, and it was disappointing to feel completely unnoticed as customers. A quick “I’ll be right with you” would have made a huge difference and we would have waited.
I’d suggest the owner look into hiring more staff for weekends or training employees to at least acknowledge guests when they walk in and cleanliness was lacking as well. First impressions matter, and when people feel ignored, they’re not likely to come back. Mochinut has good products, but without better staffing or customer service, it’s hard to recommend this location
