The decorations was super fun. My kids where Hyped! The front people were friendly. Corn dogs were super hot and were super good, AND the condiment selections knew whats up!
Parmesean cheese
BBQ sauce
Ranch
spicy mayo
Sugar (super neccessary)

The mochi donuts flavors was super creative and delightful.

The down side, its pricy!

The mochi donuts werent as flavorful as I anticipated. the glaze tasted artificial and tacky: the pistachio, lemon, and raspberry especially tasted super tacky. I kind of expected a little more quality as it was $3.25 per donut.

However, the corn dogs were delish!! Love the sauce bar.

First time. Food was not that great 30$ for 3 donuts which are just normal donuts and 2 cheese sticks that just okay. Ramen crunch had 0 flavor and was just a crunchy cheesy stick. The hot cheetoh one was better but not by much. It was pretty dark inside I thought it was closed at first and the staff barely talked. Not worth the price tbh.

Food wasn’t bad but it’s pretty pricey, for 2 drinks, 1 corn dog and 2 donuts was $25. Wasn’t able to drink the Thai Milk Tea as it was like inhaling a spice cabinet. Way too strong. The donuts were a bit small expected them to be bigger. Also the places smelled of wet mop. Overall would maybe try again if around the area but wouldn’t drive to this side of town just for them.

Genuinely beyond frustrated.

Upon entering the place was empty less 1 person waiting for their to go order.
Was deciding on which donut flavor to get and we were told there were more options that weren’t in the display case. We decided on 3 different ones and got 2 drinks. We paid and were told to wait for our items. Received the 2 drinks, so we waited for our donuts thinking it shouldn’t take too long for donuts. After finishing our drinks, we sat and waited for our donuts. After waiting more than 30 minutes and seeing multiple people get their orders when we ordered way before they did. We went up and asked what was taking so long for our ordered. They laughed and said oops we completely forgot about your order. Again, nobody was in there when we got there. No genuine apology, no sincerity met with their mistake. Only laughter and grins. As though our time meant nothing. We wasted almost 45 minutes just sitting there, all to be just forgotten and faces to be made at us for asking for what we paid for. The donuts were dry and we’re just a deeper distaste from the lack of service. This is a good reason why tipping shouldn’t be asked before getting the poor service. Just so the girl can play on her phone while we wait for her to tell us she forgot about us. Management desperately needs to reevaluate their training or process and procedures. Just beyond frustrated to be brushed off even after their mistake…

Decide if you want to just waste your time before visiting this establishment!

I went with a friend during lunch and she ordered a boba milk tea and they forgot the boba so we then had to wait longer. Also ordered a hot cheeto mozzarella corn dog and didn’t come for 15 minutes and wasn’t even made we had to remind them to make it then they said again someone stole my order so i waited 40 minutes for it

If you’re in North Central San Antonio, you have to check out Mochinut! This bakery redefines the dessert scene with its amazing fusion of Japanese mochi and classic American donuts. I tried the mochinut donuts and rice hotdogs, and they were nothing short of delightful!

The donuts have a unique chewy texture that sets them apart from traditional ones, with flavors ranging from classic glazed to exotic matcha green tea. Each bite is a perfect blend of sweetness and chewiness that keeps you coming back for more.

The rice hotdogs were equally impressive, offering a fun and satisfying twist on a favorite snack. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a treat or grab something to go.

Mochinut is a must-visit for anyone looking to elevate their dessert experience. Treat yourself and discover how sweet dreams can come true at Mochinut!

Very busy place. We tried all of their corn dogs and they were all very delicious! Donuts are amazing my favorites are the plain glazed and the churro flavors, my kids love the fruity pebbles and ube. Staff is super sweet and the soft serve was really good my son had the melon, strawberry lemon swirl with sprinkles and I had just the strawberry lemon. Fun place to get sweet treats! My daughter and I both had the Jasmine tea which was very good and just the right sweetness.
