Superb gluten-free mochi donuts and boba!
When you walk in, your senses are flooded with the delicious smell of donuts, vibrant colors, and happy voices.
There are so many wonderful flavors of mochi donuts to choose from, plus weekly additional flavors. The donuts have just gotten better and better over the years as they’ve expanded this excellent local business.
The owner has done such an excellent job making everyone feel welcome!
Mochi Thai’m has hit their stride and we wish them every success for this new location and their future endeavors.

They didn’t last long enough to get a picture! So delicious! Everything is gluten free. Amazing! Highly recommend. The Pina Colada slushee boba was also a huge hit!

So excited to have Mochi Thai’m down south. We tried a north location a few months back, and the owner was incredibly kind. The donuts and boba were delicious there but maybe even better at Southgate this morning. My son is already asking if he can take these donuts to school for his birthday celebration in April. Love how much space there is to sit, relax, and play games too.

There were 4 employees in the building. 1 order ahead of me. It took them over 10 minutes to have my donuts ready. I had to cancel my drinks because they didn’t even start on them. Service was slow. But, best donuts in town. I dislike customer service this day and age. Everyone standing around instead of helping. No one seems to ever have an answer to a question either. Not just here, everywhere.

Really nice service! Came in on Wednesday, and my drink and donuts were super quick. I was confused on the menu since I haven’t been there before, but the person who was at the counter (said their name was Vee I think) gave me suggestions, and I ended up taking one of their suggestions and it was really good! It was an ube milk cloud.
