Love this new place! When I walked in I was greeted with a happy and warm smile. I ordered 2 dozen of Mochi donuts to bring into the office and the donuts were made fresh on the spot. The staff let me know it’ll take 8-10 minutes and so while I waited I ordered their signature milk tea. The signature milk tea was so rich in flavor and I enjoyed it so much while waiting. The staff worked quickly and I got my Mochi donuts exactly in the timeframe mentioned. Definitely go and check them out! Friendly staff with great boba, Mochi donuts, and a lovely atmosphere!

The environment itself is absolutely beautiful and adorable. If you love to take photos, there are many opportunities here I highly recommend coming here as the food was really amazing! The drinks when in the right combo can be amazing as well. The price is a fair price especially for the area and the fact that they are made fresh on site per order. The customer service was also top tier. The gentleman immediately greeted me upon entrance. He also offered any assistance as far as the menu goes and any questions that I may have. 10/10 I recommend coming here and I will be back ❤️❤️

Mochi Waffle- Absolutely amazing. It is not only amazing as a waffle but under the mochi category as well. The flavors melt in your mouth.
Flavors of the mochi- Taro-8/10, Funnel-7/10, Churro-7/10, Birthday Cake-10/10, Matcha-7/10, Cookies N Cream-9/10, Fruity pebbles-10/10, Salted Carmel 7/10. Every flavor taste exactly like the name, very good and FRESH. The flavors dance in your mouth and taste like a delicacy.
Drinks-
Taro drink- Ice Taro Latte- the drinks itself is a 9/10 but the tapioca pearl boba is very bitter 2/10. I recommend the popping mango, it is the best boba flavor I have ever had in my life.
Jasmine milk tea with mango popping boba- the drink itself needed more sugar in my opinion if it is by itself 3/10 but with the mango popping boba together 9/10. It is a perfect ratio!!! The popping mango boba is the best boba flavor I have ever had.

Han and the gang are always the kindest and welcoming. And then there’s the donuts and Tea! Don’t get me started. Flavors are the best. Everything is fresh, hot and tasty or cold and refreshing. We love taking the family here!!!! If you need positive energy this is the place!

Only reason to give it 4/5 stars is the long wait line. If you go on their website, they do allow online purchase so you don’t have to wait in line for two kiosks they have for ordering.
But for some reason in this location, they have turned off the order ahead feature. Besides that I like going to this place from time to time to try out their new or existing flavors.
This time around I got a churro flavor, coconut and some orange flavored mocha donut.

This place was surprisingly really good! The space was pretty empty so I was a little skeptical about how fresh the food was gonna be.
We had the matcha late with strawberry popping boba, churro, salted caramel and Oreo donuts. Everything was PERFECT! The matcha with strawberry boba was a great touch, and all the donuts were really good, flavorful and fresh. Definitely going back!
Ps: I had my first mochi donut from elsewhere over a year ago and I didn’t like it. Had these today with my husband (his first time), and I’m glad I gave it another chance

Cute little shop. Good prices, great service. Donuts were tasty. Thai tea tasted authentic, which is somewhat hard to find these days. Cute reusable cup too. One of the best mochi/Boba shops around!
