Went through the Dive thru was the only car in line ordered a box for two, baked fish and two coleslaw. Food took a while which it normally does and is fine but I got all the way home and didn’t have the baked fish. Tried calling 3 times and got no answer and a message saying vm is full. Drove all the way up there went inside told the girl at the counter what happened she yelled at someone in the back that I didn’t get my baked fish. Then nothing else was said, so I stood there for 5 mins and finally got my fish. No I am sorry, or anything. Get to the car and the the bag is leaking all over my leg open the bag and the lid isn’t even on the container so now my fish is spilled out in the paper bag. I get mistakes happen but when somebody pays almost $45 at your business, has to drive back there to get the rest of the food you would think you would show some sort of customer service skills and at least try to make sure it’s packaged right. I will not be back, I will go to the Valley Location from now on.

Always very clean restaurant. Hot fresh food and courteous employees. So, why only 3 stars? Remember the “Where’s the beef” advertisement? The fish in my First Mate sandwich was extremely thin, mostly breading and bread. Disappointed.

Third time in a row that at least one peice of my fish has been black and disgusting on the inside. I always ask for the tail pieces so this doesn’t happen but they haven’t given them to me in a long time. This is the very last time I ever spend a dime of my money here. I won’t pay ridiculous prices for fish that I can’t eat and end up throwing away. At least long John silvers and and captain Ds don’t serve black nasty fish. I know they see these black pieces when they are breading the fish. So they see it and just serve it anyways. Last visit
