First person I spoke with hung up on me. Manager wanted thr o give me a mate sandwich for the screw up s as nd didn’t want to make it right. That is the last time I will go to this establishment. very poor service. I coii u I’d have done better by going to Popeyes

My husband and 2 sons stopped on Saturday to get some lunch. The two young girls working the front were very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. Fish was crispy and tender. So kudos to the whole crew working the afternoon shift.

I don’t personally like fried fish, but I travelled along with my aunt when she came here to get lunch. I can’t comment on the quality of food but the workers were very nice and the place was clean. It’s not a huge place to sit in and eat at, but I assume it’s a nice place to come by if you want to get something rather quick.

This was my first time here. I went through the drive-thru, the inside of the restaurant is closed because of covid-19 but I was also there right at lunch time. I had a piece of fish with fries and a hush puppy. The hush puppy was delicious, the fries were okay, and the breading on the fish was really good. It really needed ketchup or tartar sauce or malt vinegar and I didn’t think to ask for any of those things. I would go back.

I have always liked this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. However, over the years the service has changed and younger people are working the service counter. The reception isn’t as friendly as it used to be. When I go there now, the feeling I get is,” here’s your food, now get out!”

I used to eat at Moby Dick every time I had an opportunity. Now I never eat there. The reason is the service or rather lack of it. I try to limit carbs so typically order fish dinner with a second slaw instead of fries and every time I have to argue with the person taking my order that it will cost more even though slaw and fries are exactly the same price. Same thing when I asked to substitute one hush puppy for the two slices of bread that comes with the dinner. Again, they argue and are very disrespectful toward a customer. It’s not worth getting indigestion before I eat, so I just stopped going there. One time my wife called and spoke to manager and he had the same smart aleck attitude. Every location is the same; argue and fight every time. Bye, bye, MD, I won’t miss the hassle.

Did not get the senior discount, even though that was the first thing I said before giving my order. My order was a fish box for two with onion rings, I received half rings and half french fries. I was very disapoited with the service.

The fish is always great, but today the onion rings were not so good. They were greasy. They have a great bargain on the radio station WAKY special, which is a fish sandwich, fries or onion rings and a drink for $6.79.
