I thought as I passed and saw a car driving off from the speaker that I would pop in and get dinner quickly and keep it moving. Mind you I’ve already written a review about how TERRIBLE this drive thru service was and swore I’d never be back! I should have listened. I sat at the drive thru speaker for SIX MINUTES and no one said a word to me! Previously, when I had this SAME ISSUE, the manager had stated this happens because sometimes the speaker doesn’t work really? The person in line behind me BACKED UP and left presumably because it was taking so long. I left as well. This is a TERRIBLE drive thru. The food is decent, when you can get it, but they clearly have priorities mixed up. They bothered to get a newer menu board for the drive thru but won’t get the speaker fixed so they can assist customers AND this is not a new issue!?! They need to do better. Do not recommend.

Always very busy when we go, we usually get it to go. I personally love this place because it is always hot & fresh and so good yes fish may have gotten smaller over the years, but times change.
I’m glad we still have one near us. We drive 20 or 30 mins just for the food ! Love this place

I haven’t been here in probably 10 years. I always remember how good the fish was, thick onion rings. Always good.
Tonight I finally stopped, ordered a fish dinner for 14.99. They asked if I wanted the bread, I said no. They asked if I wanted fries or onion rings, I asked them to split it, a little of both. The girl said then I wouldn’t get the coleslaw, I said okay.
When I got the order and opened it later, after she checked it at the window, no fries, about 5 scrawny over cooked onion rings, two small filets, thrown in the paper boat.
I don’t know why I was paying full price when the bread, slaw and fries were removed.
Lesson learned.

I’ve been to plenty of Moby Dick’s, but this location was my worst experience ever. I ordered the first mate sandwich. It looked pitiful, but because I was on lunch break and I was hungry, I ate it anyway. When I first bit it, it fell apart. Had to drown it in tarter and hot sauce just to make it edible. Because of this location, I’m hesitant on going back to any location. They already lack flavor, and for you to serve me this is unacceptable

Ordered Moby Dick for my family — 3 meals and some sides. The young man at the drive-thru was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and rushed while taking my order. I ended up not receiving one of my meals. When I went inside to tell him, he completely ignored me. Thankfully, the cook stepped in, asked what I needed, and made sure I got it right away.
A young lady bagging the food asked if I needed anything else, and I said tartar sauce — but she didn’t even put any in the bag. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Where is the manager? They need to be hiring and training better staff.

I liked the place. Good friendly service, drive thru only due to covid. I liked that you get options in fried fish. Not many places around having that.
Ample parking, I ate my combo right after I got it.
The food, is good. I wished it had more flavor. The onion rings did seem from a bag. I am not sure on the fish fillets.
I hope they got more creative and innovate a few plates for those of us looking for tons of flavor.

Stopped in for lunch, it was Good Friday, I expected it to be busy and it was. There were about 20 people in line and 5-7 people waiting on their food. Ended up taking 25 minutes to get to the register to place our order and another 35 minutes to get our food. Understanding they were busy, it was not the amount of customers that created the long wait, it was the staff. Good fish but don’t stop in if you’re in a hurry because they aren’t in a hurry to serve you.

Flavorless fish and fries. I had to add a lot of salt. At least the 1 hushpuppy was good. Not sure why they need to add a couple slices of plain bread to the combo…Tiny fountain drink. It was a decent sized meal, but not worth $12! Not sure that I’d ever try it again- why not get a great fish nchips at a sit-down for the same price?!
