New location in McLean was modern and bright, very clean. They now gave a Market on the lower level. Food was yummy and fresh, hummus was a little different, not the smooth, great flavor as in the past; bland flavor. The restaurant was busy and there were several employees working, yet the wait time for the food was 30 minutes. I’m sure it will get better as the staff gets accustomed to the number of guests! Try it! Enjoy!

Incredibly delicious food. You have a reasonable wait but it’s because everything is so fresh and cooked to perfection . It was the best lamb kofta I’ve ever had. The salad was extremely fresh and their house yogurt was drinkable and salad dressing was amazing. The hummus was awesome too. They have daily specials and I’m sure they are ad delicious as what I ate. Will be back..

Moby Dick Kabob is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always so good and full of flavor. The portions are perfect. The manager, I forgot her name, is always kind and professional and makes me feel so welcome every time. Great and amazing service!

We visited the McLean location on a weekend, and it was our first time there. From the moment we walked in, the experience was wonderful!
Atena, the manager, welcomed us so warmly and made us feel like valued guests. She even brought us freshly baked bread and hummus as a kind gesture for our first visit such a thoughtful and hospitable touch!
The food was fresh and delicious, the place was spotless, and the staff were friendly and professional.
We’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic change – on location and quality of food! New location with much better seating. The food is juicier and better. A very nice Mediterranean Moby Dick salad is rich with fresh greens, Kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onions, feta and a pickled pepper. Yummy. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite spots in McLean!
Moby Dick always hits the spot. The kabobs are juicy, the rice is super tasty, and the bread is always warm and fresh. You can tell they care about quality because everything tastes homemade. The staff is kind and fast, and the restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Whether I grab takeout or eat inside, the food is consistently amazing. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves good Mediterranean food!

There is an application “too good to go” .. this application basically gives leftover foods for it. 1/3 of the price so you pay basically five dollars and supposed to get what is left from the restaurant during the day that is not sold and you’re supposed to take them in this restaurant Moby Dick in McLean they are giving 50 g of meat, which is, 0.1 pound together with some rice which is basically no money so what I paid for six dollars is 0.1 pounds of meat which is 50 g grams and some rice with it. I really want to congratulate them because they made profit out of six dollars by giving me 50 g of meat with some rice whereas I was expecting like a regular meal from this restaurant which is a kebab and rice one year ago they were serving this. It is the only restaurant in town probably within hundred miles that makes profit out of too good to go, I want to congratulate them for this …bravo… this shows your mentality…

I was excited to see Moby Dick moving to a new, larger location closer to my home. It’s a better location with better access and parking. Unfortunately, while still offering the same great food, the restaurant feels cold and uninviting, lacking charm. The lighting is bright, cold, and glary, better suited for a kitchen than a dining area. And with flat hard surfaces everywhere, it gets pretty loud even when the place isn’t that busy.
