This place is the best location to me. The food is served hot and the fish and onion rings are crunchy.
I used to tell my mom and twin that if I were kidnapped that I could be tortured with onions because I involuntarily shed a tear if I accidentally bite one…my entire life and I ate one of these rings and it was so crunchy and delicious that I didn’t taste the onion. And it was a real onion!

Just wanted to share how this restaurant has gone down hill. We’ve been going there for many years. Last evening we went there for fish. The place is filthy. Tables dirty, with built up grime on them, your feet stuck to the floors, they were so sticky and dirty. I did notice that they had an A rating on their window so I assume the kitchen was clean. I did mention this to the young manager. Food was good but the place is disgusting.

Stopped in last night for dinner. We Dined in. The dining room was filthy the floors, tables, and all the chairs were just dirty bathrooms as well. Even the entry and exit doors were black with fingerprints. The counter girl was very kind and sweet. No issues with the staff when I got my one piece of fish sandwich it was very thin . I was very disappointed because we love Moby Dick! Hopefully things will improve

Not sure if they change suppliers with the fish or the quality of food has just gone south. The past two visits fish is so tough and gray texture and unable to be eaten. It’s a shame. I have eaten there since 1999 and my last two visits has been absolutely terrible. Please bring back the quality of fish that you had for decades.

I went through the drive thru at the Moby Dick on National Turnpike and ordered a fish box for 2 with onion rings and half rye, half white bread. We were so disappointed with the food. The fish was still hot when I got home but it was tough not flaky and not a good flavor like it has always been the other times we got it. They gave us onion rings and half fries. The onion rings were very thin and overfried and freasy. The fries were tough, not good. The bread was all white…no rye. It was stale and crusty. We used to go to this Moby Dick quite often but this is the second time in couple of months we have been very dissatisfied with the food. It’s too expensive to waste money on food you can hardly eat. I called the store, not to get free food, but to let them know the quality of the food was not good. The young man I talked to said nobody else had complained. I doubt I will be going back to this location at least not anytime soon. I still have bad taste in my mouth from it.

This is by far the best Moby Dick I have eaten at. The workers there are from another planet they are sweet they always serve the food fresh. The portions are really what the picture looks like. I’m not sure what the little girl’s name is that is in the drive through a lot of times I go she’s got beautiful eyes but she is very sweet and you can tell she was right and even the little guys that wait on me there as well. Food is always solid, albeit a bit pricey for drive thru seafood. Cocktail sauce is some of the best in town. There’s always a decent wait in the drive thru which is a bummer, but at least the food is fresh.

Are you kidding me?! My experience at this Moby Dick’s was an absolute disaster! Every time I go, there’s a problem. This Saturday was the final straw. I ordered a box for two, specifically asked for well-done fries and rye bread, but what did I get? Soggy fries and white bread. And to add insult to injury, the fish was tiny and thin. I called to complain, and the manager seemed nice, apologized, and promised to note my issue in a book so I could get my food replaced. But when I tried to follow up, the “manager” on the phone claimed my name wasn’t in the book and refused to help. They kept me on hold, and when they finally got back, they were short with me. Now I’m stuck having to drive all the way to Preston Highway or Dixie Highway because I’m DONE with this place. Never. Again.
