Really enjoyed a nice meal here whilst we stayed at Pullman overnight recently.
The scotch fillet i had was cooked to perfection and the duck my wife had was also top quality.

As an All Accor Plus Explorer member, we decided to dine here for my MIL’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Parking is free and all the staff we interacted with were friendly, warm and professional. Our server was Sharmina and she was lovely and attentive and provided excellent service. As we were a table of 8, we had to partake in their set menu and we chose the 2 courses. The pork bites were tender, fish of the day (barramundi) was fresh and grilled to perfection. The rump steaks were delicious and well cooked and the desserts provided a perfect ending to a great evening. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

great service but timing was slow. we got entree and mains and they were fantastic. it comes with complimentary bread and butter. the fried calamari squid and the chicken was really juicy, tender and flavorful. we also got free parking and discount if you have an accor membership. one of the things i enjoyed was the atmosphere, it was quite welcoming and there is a bar if you fancy a drink or two

Fine hotel restaurant with modern Australian menu. Eye fillet was well done & other dishes well presented. We had excellent service from our waitress. Also came back for hotel stay & used the ‘executive lounge’ section, again good canapes but odd seating at a giant table sectioned off in the restaurant, what happened to the level 1 lounge?

We always stay at the Pullman Mascot in Sydney before our travels and always dine at Mobius Bar and Grill. Although the Mobius staff are attentive and friendly, I have noticed a decline in the restaurant food quality on each visit. Our first nights stay both of our meals came out with the vegetables cold. Although the fish and steak were warm and edible the vegetables were not. We informed staff when they asked how everything was and they stated they would notify the kitchen. Nothing more came out of it post our comment. The second night, same thing, my partners calamari came out less than luke warm, we informed staff and they reheated her meal. For the price of the meals I would expect better. Our first experience at Mobius a few years ago was fantastic, which brought us back to the hotel. I’d suggest the management need to review their quality standards to bring back the old Mobius I knew and experienced before. I will be back here in 4 weeks for a final review and decide if I will ever come to this restaurant again.

Nice place to have dinner. We ordered the eye fillet steak and lamb rump. Both were cooked well, but the steak could have had a bit more flavour. Also very tasty salt and pepper squid to start and a huge serving of chocolate parfait for dessert.

Came here for dinner and breakfast as guests at The Pullman Sydney Airport. Food was pretty good, but got the feeling that they are trying to be a little ambitious with their dinner menu in particular. The Seafood Chowder was much more like a pie than a soup, and the Chocolate Mint Parfait had a really thick, heavy, super-rich coating on it that made it far too much to handle at the end of a meal. That said, the Oysters, Duck and Steak dishes were fine without being “super wowed” by them. Some extra dishes at breakfast (such as Congee) to cater for the Asian market would be appreciated. Finally, Dean during dinner and Matt at breakfast were stand outs in terms of service – lovely people with great attitudes. If you use your Accor Plus dining discount here it makes the value for money factor pretty good.

The Poke bowl is quite decent, really enjoyed it. Ribeye on the bone is mediocre though, tastes no different from a rump steak. Oyster is ok – the oyster itself is not the most fresh but the fish roe and the sauce (Japanese vibe sauce) adds a lot of points back for it.
The receptionist is super nice.
The room spray smell is a bit too strong though – a strong car perfume smell.
