This location was great to us! I remember a few years ago Mo Bettahs went through a phase of being extremely stingy with portions. At this location at least that was not the issue at all. The plates we got were fresh and large portioned. Katsu was crispy, teriyaki chicken was tender, and it perfectly compliments the sauce and mac salad. Will come again!

First vist of the year, not good . Don’t often give bad reviews. However, explain why when ordering two plates of food, they are served in one plate??
We ordered two separate meals, got both meals served on one plate. Ordered white rice got two scoops of brown rice. Ordered mixed vegetables, received of pasta salad. Food was fine, but service and presentation not good. Spoke to the manager, she laughed it off, and offered a refund. Did not take refund.

I recently moved from the Saratoga Springs, UT area. The Mo’ Bettah’s there was absolutely amazing. It was my very favorite place to eat. I was so excited to see that they had one here in Payson when we moved. But I’m afraid I was very disappointed the 2 times I have gone. Their meat was fine, but the rice is absolutely terrible. Like, thrown straight in the trash terrible. It was slimy and gritty. Rice is a very necessary part of the meal to me so I was so sad about it. The macaroni salad certainly didn’t taste as fresh and yummy either. Me and my kids were very disappointed that it didn’t live up to our expectations when the Saratoga Springs one was so amazing. I don’t know that I’ll ever try this location again after how bad the rice was.

Horrible customer service at the Payson store. I ordered online, they gave me the time it would be ready for pick up. I didnt get my order for an hour after it was supposed to be ready. 3 different families came in after we got there. They ordered and ate before I got my food. When I finally got home with my food they didnt even put meat in the kids meal we ordered just a scoop of rice. I will never go back. The foods not that great anyway.

Fan-freaking-tastic!!
I went on opening day. I’m so excited! Even though the parking lot was a mad house, the drive thru was quick and efficient.
I ordered the Pake salad and the “mini” which isn’t mini at all.
The food is phenomenal and I’m guessing this will be one of your most successful locations so far!

I got the mini plate through the drive through, with the Pulehu chicken for both meats. The Pulehu chicken they gave me tonight was really burnt and super dry on most all the pieces but 1. Super disappointed. ☹️ I threw away all but one slice of chicken because it was not edible or enjoyable. Usually they do pretty good but tonight was not great.

First time trying Mo’bettahs and the food was delicious! It was something different than what I’ve ever had before and I was really impressed with the freshness and quality of service from the workers. I would definitely return for the food alone!
Unfortunately I don’t we will be returning to this location! We might have the travel to the one in Spanish fork from here on out.
While we were eating, we watched one worker (I’m assuming a shift lead or someone in management) very loudly berate and yell at another employee in the lobby. I know we weren’t the only customers in there that heard and it was definitely uncomfortable. To make matters worse another customer tried to stick up for said employee and the lead very rudely snapped at her too. It really put a bad taste in my mouth and we left shortly after that.
I only mention this because with this being a new store location I think it’s really important that the management here knows what’s going on and what their customers are seeing. it’s a shame to see great food and service from the kitchen be tainted by poor behavior in front of house leadership.

Ordered a mini. Asked for Pulehu chicken and Teri Steak. With no Mac salad and double rice. I received Teri chicken and Teri steak. No pulehu. No double rice. Got Mac salad. Live in Genola that’s far away. They wouldn’t help. 1 star.

The food wasn’t even hot. It was maybe room temperature. I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. Both ice machines weren’t working. They gave me a little scoop from the freezer. They said they break down often. Also, there was a bone left in the chicken.

Tonight was totally understaffed with 2 people on the line who were doing their utmost to get things done. No complaints about them. The food however was not up topar. My meat puleihu and katsu were luke warm at best, dried up and at least 2 peices inedible they were so hard. This is not the first time this has happened to us. We have been going to the Spanish Fork store since it opened and only rarely did this happen. We live in Paysonso we were excited to see you guys here but pretty sure we will not be going to this location again.
