I ordered grilled chicken and specifically asked for it to be extra grilled. I was told they couldn’t do that because the grill was already shut off, almost an hour before closing. Instead, they said I could only get what they already had sitting in their pans.
That’s a problem. If you’re still open, the grill shouldn’t be shut down that early, especially when customers are still ordering grilled items. From the way this was explained, it raises a real concern about freshness. If they already “had enough for the rest of the night,” there’s no way to know how long that chicken had been sitting there.
The food I received looked old, lacked proper grill marks, and tasted like it had been holding for a while rather than freshly cooked. If you’re going to limit food quality near closing time, that should be made clear, or stop taking orders for grilled items altogether. Not to mention their lack of customer service.
Disappointing experience. I won’t be back.

The food was fine, this location is just a bit weird. Like an external kitchen door very near the entrance is confusing, and it is takeout or drive thru only, further leading to entrance confusion.

I visited this Mo’ Bettahs, which isn’t my usual location, and had a small accommodation request with my meal. Sage was incredibly understanding and handled everything with genuine kindness and professionalism. It turned into one of the most positive fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Great customer service makes a huge difference, and Sage absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Food portions were not correct and gave less than what other similar restaurants have given me. We also ordered and purchased a blue Powerade that smelled spoiled and had something spilled on it that smelled disgusting, we didn’t realize this until we got into the car and drove away. we also asked for five sauce packets and only received two.

Ordered online a half an hour ago came later to pick up food to make sure I could grab and go. I’ve been waiting at the restaurant for a half an our while FOUR other customers have already gotten their food. I’m not usually like this. But this is ridiculous.

This location catered an event for my work. Food was so good I went back soon after & now again. Each time food was hot, fresh, tasted great. Everything I’ve had has been so yummy but I especially love the mac salad & kaula pork. Portion sizes are pretty big. I get the mini 2 meat plate & have it for 2 meals or share with my kids. Employees have been awesome each time. Will continue eating here & recommending to others.

I don’t know how many times I’ve driven by and not stopped to try the food this business offers. BIG Mistake!! I had the Teriyaki Chicken and Beef with white rice and mac salad. As I was eating I started getting full but couldn’t stop eating. It tasted so good. Congratulations on your success. I will now be a loyal customer.

Did the chain just cut back on their plate sizes, or did I get handed a small instead of a regular? I swear the regular used to be MUCH bigger.
