Wow! Very impressed with everything at No’ Bettahs. I took my elderly mother there who eats like a bird. The person behind the counter explained the food options and was very patient with us. We both loved the food and she actually ate quite a bit of her food!

Where should I start should be a better way to start this survey! I placed my order via the app as I’ve learned that the accuracy of my order is generally more precise. So, I get to the location next to VASA to pickup my order, I arrived on time and a team member greeted me and let me know it would be just a moment. I sat there patiently and it appeared that most of the staff were sitting at tables eating and the person that greeted me soon left as I assume it was the end of his shift. Zero communication between his coworkers that I was there waiting for my order still. Finally another team member asked if I place an online order, I said yes then he said okay it’ll be just another moment. Then a differentteam member handed me “my order” after tying a knot in the bag. I then went home, when I opened the bag I was missing half my order, there were “spam musabi” in the bag with another customers name on it. So here we are, I had to drive back down to the store, ask where the order half my order was and tossed the spam things on the counter! The guy that handed my order walked to a fridge or storage locker already knowing what order they messed up on not to mention what about the other persons order that was included with mine, I’m sure that was messed up too! I had to eat my meal cold due to driving back to get my wife’s dinner! I’m extremely unhappy with tonight’s service and might just take to Google and leave the same review there but possibly slightly more aggressive with how I’m really feeling to ensure the community of Ogden hears about it too! Hold your shift managers and crew members accountable when this happens so the behavior gets corrected and the next persons order is accurate!

Great food!! My 9 year old says it’s one of his favorite places to eat out. He recommends the shrimp tempura and katsu chicken. I really like the teriyaki chicken and the macaroni salad!

Made me miss the Āina! The portions were Kahuna size and I am thankful. Workers were nice but none were Kam’āina. Welcoming atmosphere and local vibes. Teriyaki steak and teriyaki chicken as well as Chicken Katsu were good. The sauces they make there are great also. No limit to Shoyu or Sriracha!

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location. The first time they forgot our dessert. The second time, it took forever to get steamed veggies. Tonight I waited for 25 minutes inside, because the drive through was closed. There was not enough staff, one guy was cooking and trying to do orders. The lady was frazzled, some other lady came from the drive through area and started helping the cook. Meanwhile there’s a huge line. So the guy cooking helped get 3 orders done. Another employee walked out from the drive through line and went outside and came back with someone and then it looked like the manager on duty walked out and got into someone’s car. Meanwhile there’s still a huge line and no one helping. I won’t bother going back, which sucks. But not worth my time

I really didn’t want to rate this place so low, but tonight was an awful experience. I ordered 2 plates online and it took 25 minutes longer than it quoted me on the app. I ordered the Kalua Pig and was told the were out when I got there. The Coke Zero was out. The food was pretty disappointing to say the least. Definitely not worth the long wait. Tons of people were waiting ahead of me and behind me in line. I know the employees work hard, but it honestly was a really disappointing experience. Not thrilled to come back.
