I do not enjoy leaving anything less than 4 or 5 stars but the last couple of times we ordered Mo Bettahs my husband ordered the teriyaki steak which is 1.99 more and both times he got the chicken instead. The first time this happened we let it slide because we’re nice like that the second time was last Saturday and they did the same thing and we were super frustrated. We called them to make them aware to pay better attention and we were super nice about it but also said how frustrating it is. The manager apologized and offered to give us a refund however commented that oh it’s funny there hasn’t been any problems for 2 months, almost like we were lying I felt like but I accepted his offer. We never did a get a refund which is fine but don’t say one thing and do another. We don’t lie and seek free handouts and work hard for our money to not be ripped off. Do not charge more for anything if you cannot guarantee that that’s what the customer will receive! Aside from these latest issues we have always loved mo bettahs and the food is always delicious! I hope we never have these issues going forward!

The service was really great. Not only were they accommodating to special diet requests, they went above and beyond to double check that they had my request correct. If you are on a low carb diet I recommend the kalua pig with veggies and cabbage instead of rice and Mac salad. The dining options were very clean and plenty of seating with clean restrooms.

The food looked amazing but there were flies everywhere in the food and mind you this was my first time eating here. The staff were amazing they made a fresh order but at that point I wasn’t sure if I wanted it anymore. I didn’t want to be rude I sat there with my family while they ate. I haven’t been there since. I wish I wasn’t disgusted by the fly.

The food was delicious. I especially liked the macaroni salad the staff was really kind and helpful. Super quick and the restaurant looked really cool. The pork could’ve been better but it was still pretty good. The chicken katsu was so good!!! I wish one of these places were closer to me. I would go there all the time. Once again, this place is amazing and I would definitely recommend it. They also give you tons of food.

Last night my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru. We waited for 25 mins. There was. Truck behind us that gave up and drove away. I believe that is too long, especially for the drive thru that is supposed to be uncomplicated and convent. When we got those with our items, we were missing an entire meal. We ordered 2 but only got one.
I want to put 5 stars before usually it’s awesome. But this visit was far from it.

Service team is amazing. Super nice welcoming, and kind. Food was perfect. Steak was tender, chicken was juicy. And felt like I would be welcome to return. Will definitely be back!

Ordered the Teri Mix – mini. My experience was pretty chill, background music was cool, people could talk without feeling like you had to talk over people, food was a standard quality. When I say standard, that’s not a bad thing, unless you don’t know what you’re doing it’s pretty hard to mess up Hawaiian BBQ. Absolutely no complaint with portion size or price.

I recommend that you give this place a try. It’s clean and the food tastes really good. I got the small two meat plate and I left full. I intend to come here again.
I wish that I had asked for more cabbage to go with my meat. The pork was really salty and I had to mix it with sauce to tone it down. I got the brown rice and it was really dry. Next time I’ll still get the macaroni salad but ask to substitute the rice for more cabbage. The food was good and the place very clean.

We love this place. They are so accommodating to what we want. And I haven’t tried a meat option I didn’t like. There’s just SO much delicious food! My fave is the Katsu Chicken (like a fried chicken) dipped in the teriyaki sauce. And then mix the sauce in with your rice, mac salad, and cabbage. So goooood!
They have been so accommodating with COVID regulations. So glad they’re still going strong. It’s a regular spot for us. And every time my dad comes into town, it’s stop #1!
