Twice now I have gone through the drive thru and asked for Teriyaki Steak and Teriyaki Chicken. Both times I was asked if I wanted any sauce. To which I replied yes, the teriyaki sauce. Both times I drove home and not only didn’t have a teriyaki sauce cup, there was barely any teriyaki sauce on the actual meat. Without the sauce, the meat is average at best. I won’t be back to this location.

This location didn’t have the greatest employees. The girl there was very helpful. It was obvious to us that we had interrupted the boys and their closing/play time. (We were there an hour before closing) All of the meats and sides had been put away already.

Staff have always been friendly, quick, and helpful. Never had a bad experience with any of your staff and I’ve been coming at least 2 to 3 times per month since y’all opened. Food, of course, is the main reason I come back. The katsu chicken is my fave. All good. All hot and fresh.

The food is fantastic. Have had a lot of issues with getting 65 to 70% fat instead of meat on the kalua (sp?) pig. Hate asking in the drive-through if they can do it without a lot of fat. Also got some really small sauce cups not even halfway filled up. 2nd pic But, LOVE the food, they are always very quick, and great portions for the price as well. Would love a rewards club. It’s a favorite here when time is short but the normal fast food fried stuff doesn’t sound appealing at all. Wish they were open on Sundays too

I love Mo Bettahs, and at most of them I have had a great experience. I don’t know what is wrong with this one. Rarely is my order right when I get home.
Additionally, their cups of sauce have less then the other stores, most of the time, they are only a 1/3 of the way filled. The other stores I visit don’t charge me for an extra sauce, this one always does, and then they usually forget to put them in the bag.
The staff is friendly.
