Love the food, get mo bettahs 2-3x a week. This location consistently skimps on meat portions compared to other locations.
This location is really struggling. Will go to vineyard out of my way to avoid this location.
Edit: months later and portion sizes pathetic and we asked for double rice, no mac and they got it wrong. Also had to go inside to ask for katsu sauce after they failed to give us that in the drive thru as well.

I’m a big fan of the staff at this location. They are consistent with their high level of service. I’ve been coming to this location regularly for quite some time and I’ll be a regular for the foreseeable future. Food is always awesome too!

If you want to eat in a quiet place with a good atmosphere, come here! I went with my family to eat and we love it, everything is very tasty and freshly prepared, it’s nice to eat something that doesn’t taste like fast food, but rather “more real” food. The employees are very attentive and friendly. You can eat inside or outside the premises and even take away. The only detail is that it has few seats for babies.

We got an ekolu plate, ordered it with the steak and only got 4 tiny pieces of meat. Asked about it and got turned away. All of the staff is new, one was on drive through line having a panic attack and freaking out. Super slow service. I love mo bettahs, but this location istlnt it. Don’t skimp on the portions if the customer is paying extra.

It was ok. My husband likes the food. The chicken seems a little burned to me, but the flavor is good. The employees have a very hard time hearing us because of the plexiglass since COVID, that made it so we had to yell our order details several times before the employee understood. That was a little frustrating, but they got the order right, and it was fine.

I’ve been this location maybe a dozen times over the past few months; it’s bern a little bit hit or miss. Take today: I ordered on the app with a pickup time of 10:48 and picked my food at 10:50, pulled into the parking lot to eat…and my first bite of the pulehu chicken was lukewarm, if that. It was flavorful, though. The kalua pig was mostly pretty good, except for two big wads of connective tissue that I had to pull out of my mouth (after nearly choking on one). So yeah…the preparation at this location doesn’t seem great…some of the time. Mo Bettahs has really got to be careful with their preparation — their food’s really sensitive to preparation quality. There’s neeeedot a lot of room for cheap labor (or rushed/inattentive work from well-paid labor), that’s for sure.

I ordered from the drive thru and I didn’t realize until I got all the way home that they messed up my entire order. I understand mistakes happen and that’s not why I’m upset. I called and let them know the situation and they just told me sorry and that I could drive back and get what I actually ordered. I asked if they could discount my meal for the mix up and for waisting my time and gas. They told me no and that there is nothing they could do about it. Pretty bad customer service.

Update: The location manager called me and offered an apology as well as a refund. I do appreciate the effort to make things right.
For the second time this month we’ve had a terrible experience. Up to this point we have purchased at Mo Bettahs at various locations a couple of times per month. We will not continue to do so and you probably should not either until they get their business sorted out.

This was a great place to dine.
The atmosphere was fun, the service was friendly, and the prices were decent. I was a bit shocked that I didn’t enjoy the food as much as I had hoped. It was alright, but friends had heightened my expectations to be better than it was. Still a great place to stop especially if you enjoy Hawaiian food.

The food was fresh and delicious. They did take a bit to get to us at the drive through though. It was a mobile order, that was said to be ready for pickup at 4:28. We arrived at the drive through at 4:26, waited about 2 minutes after someone asked us to wait and then waited another 5 to get our food.
