Pay cash if you go. Couldn’t pay by card without tipping. Come on, seriously, workers are doing the very minimum service required. Pretty sure the cashier knew it as an issue he kept leaving each time he had to give me the total. Why are they forcing a tip? If you cancel when paying with a card, it cancels the transaction. You can’t continue without selecting a tip amount. I am totally for tipping for actual table service, but this is fast food! They don’t even bring it out to you.

They have such amazing food here I am so in love with the menu great authentic Hawaiian cuisine. The new cookies are to die for they really put them over the top. The rice is perfect right in the middle not sticky rice not all fluffy and all over. The meat has such amazing flavor no matter what kind you order your gonna love it so happy I discovered this place

This was our first time eating from here and we really liked the food. The pork was very good. They also have guava or passion fruit can juices that were good. Not bad for the price. Would go again.

Mo Betta used to be good, but they have gone down hill. The past few times I have gone has been bad (They gave me brown rice on my order when I asked for white and another time completely forgot to add chicken to my order). But last night was the last straw for me. Came in and got a regular mix plate and the chicken was burnt, the steak was mostly fat and the macaroni salad was watery and gross, and the noodles seemed like they were over-cooked. Only good thing was the rice. Also, their staff is so stingy with the sauces. For how expensive the food is they should let you have more sauces. I’m done. I won’t be returning.

There food is phenomenal! I love there style of BBQ. I loved there BBQ sauce so much, I bought 2 bottles to take home. Their style of cooking is awesome. They cook their meat with a slight char and then add their BBQ sauce which is superb. I love it. They give very generous proportions of everything.

These guys serve very generous portions. My wife and I split a mini plate and it was plenty of food for us – we’re not big eaters. We had the teriyaki chicken and dry rub steak. I would both were excellent. We would definitely go back. It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I was SHOCKED because I did not expect it to be so good when I saw it from the outside. I actually didn’t even want to come here but my Bestie wanted to go here for her BD. I’m hooked now though. Some of the best food I’ve tasted!

Heard great things about this place, wanted to give it a try. Pelihu chicken was really salty and dry. Teriyaki chicken was okay taste wise but was barely even warm. The rice was a bit dry and hard, we got white and brown rice. The macaroni salad however was delicious. That was the best thing there.

Not sure why I keep coming back to this place when I 90% of the time have a bad experience here. I worked at Mo Bettahs for 3 years, so I know how things are supposed to run. It seems that the entire team that works in the front doesn’t know how to communicate with each other. Everyone seems to do their own thing and shrug responsibilities onto other people, including managers. For example, if a plate is missing something, there’s no communication between team members to get it right. Everyone asks each other what to do, and stares at each other with blank eyes, until I tell them what to do, which is to make the plate correctly. I end up having to wait 10+ minutes for my katsu, when there’s only 3 other people in line. Whoever is on meats doesn’t call it out, so no one drops katsu in the fryers. I had the macaroni salad and it was warm, and I’m pretty sure it was made that same morning (which is not how it’s supposed to be served). Almost all of the front staff are really rude. I wish I could name off the nice ones that show a lot of effort, but no one there wears name tags. During a rush, the managers will be too busy doing manager things instead of helping out. Almost all of the tables are dirty when I go in to eat. This is probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve eaten in. It’s different if this place is busy, but they’re not, so there’s no excuse for these things. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me, which is why I keep coming back. After a handful of bad experiences here, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
