Teri chicken was extremely dry. I don’t know why cardboard tastes like, but it might be pretty close as it was very difficult to cut with the included plastic knife.
The katsu chicken was good though.
May be it was just that one time, but I visited other locations and there seems to be more consistency in food quality.

Half the meat portion was inedible absolutely disgusting and disappointed , I’ve never had this problem before so it’s not the “ normal “

Pulled up to Mo Bettahs in a ’84 Ford Pinto with the muffler dragging like a wounded animal, but I acted like I just stepped out of a Ferrari.
Ordered the teriyaki chicken catering order like a man, but really like a trust fund kid with money to spare, which obviously I didn’t have to spare.
Obviously, I ordered extra sauce, rich people style, they always want extra sauce!!
Sat outside pretending to answer fake business calls while really on the phone with my mom.
Food slapped so hard, I forgot I was broke for 30 minutes. Even my dog was in a food coma after three servings!!
10/10

I came back a week later; the food was delicious and the service was friendly, so I’m increasing my rating. (They forgot to give me utensils again, though. ) Sill, I’m leaving the previous review intact as a reminder that, as with any restaurant, maintaining good service and top-notch food preparation are EXTREMELY important. You let them slip — even for a moment — and disasters can happen.

I’ve come here maybe a dozen times so far; a couple visits have been great, most have been really good, but today’s visit was kind of a bust. I bit into a big wad of fat…then noticed it wasn’t the only one. I spent a few minutes picking out the inedible stuff, one of which I took a picture of. Gross, man. Also, whoever packed my bag for the drive-through forgot utensils. Also, I’m not sure what people mean by “friendly service;” the guy taking orders at the drive through muttered and made it sound like he didn’t want to be there. (I could practically see him doing the air-quotes gesture around the You’re Welcome he said after I thanked him. Sounding sarcastic at a drive-through isn’t a good look, yo.) At the pick-up window, I kinda got stared at awkwardly by some girl while she held out the bag of food for me to take, although she said something after I’d taken it. Friendly? Or kinda weird.

We ordered a family meal for 10 and from the initial call; to pick up the food; the staff today was absolutely awesome. Everybody was so friendly and helpful!

Arrived at the Draper restaurant at 5: 00pm on Thursday, November 20th. First, they told me they were out of the mixed vegetables so I waited 5 minutes while they were being prepared. Once the vegetables were ready, I asked for the katsu chicken. They told me that also was not ready and would take 25 minutes. That’s when I left the restaurant. Waiting 30 minutes for fast food!! With such a limited menu, how can you be out of both vegetables and one of the main chicken entrees? I can’t imagine spending so much money to open a new restaurant and not getting trained and proficient employees.

From their signature teriyaki sauce to the perfectly seasoned Macaroni salad. Mo’ Bettahs is sure to leave your taste buds screaming for more!
This visit was great, the service was amazing, and my food was delicious!
The regular size plate has enough food to take home ( for those midnight munchies later) and you get rice, Macaroni salad, cabbage, two choices of meat, and of course the delicious sauce all for $14.99!
The shrimp tempura was perfectly fried, melt in your mouth deliciousness.
The Teri sauce is just a classic, and I honestly love dipping it in everything.
Can’t forget the spam Musubi it’s such a classic and a must try!
Congratulations on opening your 50th location! There is a reason why everyone keeps coming back for more.
Keep those Hawaiian vibes coming! 10/10 recommend if you are in the Draper area.

I tried to like this location since it’s very close to home. Been here 3 times through the drive thru and twice they’ve gotten the order wrong. Which is disappointing when you get home and your order is wrong. But this last time not only did it get it wrong but I also found a hair in the Mac salad. Seems like a pubic hair or something. Definitely won’t be coming back. For the area they should do better on quality control and service.

Food was good. Employees were very hard to hear and understand on the other side of counter. I asked for macaroni salad I didn’t get it, but didn’t want to go back in line after it took long enough to get food the first time (had to wait for shrimp to finish cooking). Loud environment.

I bought the three most popular offerings. I fed 4 adults, two teenagers and a 10 year old from these three meals and the price before to was just over $50. The meat – delicious. The Mac salad – delicious. The rice – cooked just right. 5 Stars
