MM by Morimoto is Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s distinctive take on the classic American chophouse—reimagined through the lens of his signature Japanese style. Blending bold cuts of premium meats with pristine sushi and a curated selection of his most iconic dishes, MM marks the first concept of its kind from Chef Morimoto. We’re open from 5 PM to midnight daily. Our kitchen closes at 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, and at 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. Bar is opened until midnight 7 days a week.

Chef Morimoto and I are best friends. I love this place so much. Everything was really good and served beautifully. The steak tartar was arguably the best in the entire world. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The steaks were even better! I really appreciated Chef Morimoto coming over and saying hello to my table. He even gave us personalized signed menus! That is the moment I knew we were best friends. Thank you for a great dinner and memorable evening.

WOW. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had! THE best luxury Japanese food / steakhouse! Everything was phenomenal from the food, the presentation, the atmosphere, and the service. To start we ordered the steak tartare and the A5 Wagyu crispy wontons. For entrees we got the spicy yellowtail sushi & negitoro maki sushi, Ishiyaki A5 Bap, avocado salmon sushi, and the skirt steak with chimichurri sauce. Then we ended the night with their blood orange sorbet and salted caramel gelato. An absolutely incredible meal that was full of flavor! All the meat completely melts in your mouth. So so delicious!

I recently visited MM by Morimoto for the very first time, and it turned into one of the most important and unforgettable nights of my life, my proposal. From the second we walked in, the atmosphere was breathtaking. The space is stylish, intimate, and full of energy, creating the ideal setting for a truly special occasion. And the food… simply incredible. Every dish was a testament to culinary craftsmanship, beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and worthy of the Morimoto name.
What truly set the evening apart, however, was the exceptional service. I want to specially recognize General Manager William Edwards for going far above and beyond anything I could have imagined. He personally gave us a tour of the private dining spaces and then surprised us with a stunning private room set up with candles and champagne, a gesture he didn’t have to make, and one I never expected. His genuine kindness and thoughtful attention to detail elevated this experience to a level I will be forever grateful for.

Absolutely amazing experience at MM. Definitely met my expectations!
My wife and I ordered a few different things off the menu, which I think is the right move at a place like this. We started with the popcorn tempura shrimp, which comes with two sauces, including an amazing wasabi aioli. We then had the caesar salad, which came with a delicious strip or bread as a crouton. Our mains were the tofu croquette for her, and the lobster tamaki hand rolls for myself. Didn’t try hers, but can say the hand rolls were divine. We finished with the apple pie, piled high and served with a vanilla mousse disguised as a red apple. Drinks were amazing, too!
Definitely going back and highly recommend!

We were very excited to try MM and in the end the food didn’t disappoint. While the prices are on the higher end the servings were generous and we were more than full at the end of the meal.
We ordered the popcorn shrimp, the 4 piece sushi appetizer, calamari salad, and the steak tartare as appetizers and split the t-bone as a table with the spinach and potato sides. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a fantastic aged flavor.
However, the service left a lot to be desired. While the staff all had great attitudes we waited 30 minutes to be seated for our reservation. Dishes came out at inconsistent times and we often went long periods without seeing our server. Additionally, we ordered a bottle of sake for the table and our server took the bottle to keep it chilled however we waited long periods between refills.
Ultimately, the atmosphere is great, the food didn’t disappoint, and the staff are all friendly and professional, however some of the details were definitely disappointing for the price of the meal.

Morimoto is a LEGEND! Favorite Iron Chef growing up for me so this place was a must go my wife & I went on opening night. Made reservations way in advance. Was seated promptly within 2 minutes of arriving. Food and service were phenomenal. Get the Morigroni drink, you won’t be disappointed. Music was a bit loud, and we were seated closely with 2 other couples to the right and left of us, but it didn’t bother us. Worth every penny because of the thoughtfulness they put into the ambience and the flavors and quality of the food and drink. Lively place. Valet parking when you pull up front makes it convenient, especially in that area where parking might be difficult to find during the evening time. Will go here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent food in attractive space. Service was attentive but definitely lacked the polish and refinement you would come to expect from such a restaurant (e.g. we had to ask for extra dishes, cutlery, were not asked if we wanted another drink). Place is immensely popular and we would recommend making a late reservation if you do not want to feel rushed. We had early reservation and felt the staff’s encouragement to turn over the table.

Wow what can I say except everything and everyone was absolutely amazing!!!!! We had reservations at 6:30pm on a Sunday and I think that was the perfect time bc it wasn’t too crowded and there was no wait to be seated. The person that greeted us and took our coats was such a beautiful soul!!!! Our host Jackie was outstanding!!!!! Beautiful smile and just so pleasant and attentive! We never had an empty plate or glass on our table for long. Every single server was just top tier! Polite, respectful, just a pleasure to be around. Fernando made all the recommendations, well he basically ordered everything we had that night! He definitely knows his food! And let me tell you!!!!! Not one single thing disappointed, everything we ate was just exquisite. The surf and turf rolls were just perfect. They torch the wagyu table side. Still dreaming about it lol we had different types of sushi with our rib eye steak!!!!! Do NOT skip out on this experience!!!!! I will definitely be returning because I just cannot stop thinking about it
