I ordered through Grubhub for pickup — the menu said the Ballpark Dogs came with a “fresh pretzel roll”, but they gave us stale, dried out sandwich rolls on the verge of molding (my wife could taste mold). I also asked them for no relish (it’s not a deletion option on the Grubhub menu, so I put it on the notes). When I picked up, I asked the cashier if they saw my note and he said yes, there was no relish on the hot dogs. After I got home and opened the hot dogs, there was indeed relish on them. ONE STAR for poor quality, false advertising on the pretzel rolls, moldy stale sandwich rolls, and not reading the instructions on the order. Should be ZERO stars.
