When I order a seaweed salad. I usually expect it to be all seaweed, not seaweed on salad. The sushi wasn’t terrible, wasn’t anything to brag about. service was excellent. But that seaweed salad should be advertised differently. Seaweed on a salad. Not seaweed salad. Weirdest thing I’ve ever been served. The octopus was excellent.

I was very surprised of how busy the restaurant was on a Thursday night. So we had to wait just a little bit, but it was worth it. The service was fast and the food came out fast as well. We had a group of five people so I was able to try a little bit of everybody’s. I would say it was all very good, the beef was juicy and tender, the goyza was perfect, and crab salad was tasty, The only thing was the mango chicken. It was just served as a big old plate of breaded deep fried chicken with a mango sauce for yourself to pour on, so is a bit bland and definitely lacked presentation.

My husband and I ate at Mizuki Fusion for the first time last Friday. We ordered the Japanese Spring Rolls and the Mizuki Fusion for Two with chicken, steak, shrimp, and scallops. We were seated promptly, and our order was taken as soon as we were ready. The appetizer was very good and we enjoyed the 2 sauces that came with it. The miso soup was tasty, and the salad was very fresh. I especially enjoyed the dressing. Our main course was impressive. Very ample portions. The steak was very tender and tasty. Everything was cooked perfectly. We enjoyed the sauces that came with the meal. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Since this was our first time at this kind of restaurant, we didn’t know what to expect. We were very pleased. Next time (and there will definitely be a next time) we will be more daring in our menu selections. I would highly recommend Mizuki Fusion.
