This is my go-to in the area for sushi. Today I deviated from my regular order and decided to try some new items. The rolls are: salmon/avocado/cucumber and the other is tuna/yellowtail. I try to be a little healthier and ordered with brown rice. They were good but not my favorite. Not their fault. I ordered them. I do love the seafood soup – comes with 1 shrimp, 1 scallop, crab and vegetables/cabbage in a simple broth. Also decided to give the chicken with broccoli in white sauce a try. It was good. Next time I stick to my usual though.

I love having dinner at this quiet Asian Bistro. It is very relaxing for me and my friends.

Very good selection of sushi, sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties as well as Asian fusion dishes.
We really loved a very accurate and neat presentation, with some of the dishes absolutely amazing with their colorful and picturesque look.
Prices are somewhat higher than what the area’s competitors offer. Also, the portion sizes are not that generous.
However, the extensive menu and thorough preparation outweigh the negative.
We will definitely dine (or get a take-out) at Mizuki again.

Great Asian food. Top quality sushi. General Tso’s chicken was lightly breaded white meat. Chicken and broccoli was very good. Gyoza were delicate and tasty. Nice decor. Friendly service.

One of the best Asian bistro in the area. The restaurant itself is clean and has really cool lights. They give you hot towelettes before you eat to clean your hands. I got a variety of different dishes and they were all fresh and tasty. The sushi has a thin layer of rice and thick slabs of fish and lots of filling. Plenty of sushi places load their sushi with rice to fill you up with cheap ingredients but you get mostly fish here. Sashimi was really fresh. The fried red snapper was perfectly fried and not greasy at all. The udon was bursting with umami goodness and the fried ice cream was heavenly.
My only criticism was with the waitress we had. She never checked our glasses, which were empty, to ask for more tea. Very stale personality. I’ll ask for someone else when I go back because despite that issue, it’s definitely worth another trip.

Portion sizes are very inconsistent. We order 3 servings of the Crispy Red snapper at $25 each, among other things. The portion sizes were all over the place. One serving had a piece of fish not much bigger than a golf ball. I tried to address it with server, he said he would speak to the chef. I did not see him again until we were done eating. I asked him if he spoke to the chef. He said “he does not speak English.”

The service was very fast. The atmosphere is very welcoming. It’s dimly lit to encourage conversation. The menu has very unique flavor combinations (sushi and sashimi options) which drew me to introduce this to my best friend for her Mother’s Day lunch. I tried the King Cali and the Peanut Avocado rolls. I was impressed with both, particularly the way the Peanut Avocado turned out. The yellowfin tuna and passion rolls were tried by my best friend and she liked them a lot. They are slightly on the higher end for what we would pay for rolls but we are definitely open to trying this place again.

I really like this restaurant. Waitress was so nice, food amazing especially steak. I have to admit it’s a long time I didn’t ate the meat that well prepared. They deserve 5 stars from me.

My husband and I are in the area and decided to check out Mizuki.
The food was excellent, and excellently prepared. The lettuce cup appetizer is delicious!!
The service was great and the light jazz music playing was relaxing and enjoyable. Not loud or annoying.
We WILL definitely be back.
