Ms. Katz was a total win. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the Texas peach tea was absolutely amazing—worth stopping in for all by itself. A great spot when you want good food and a warm, welcoming experience.

What a charming little establishment, reminiscent of a bygone era! The restaurant, originally known as the Wild Wood Bank, first opened its doors in 1908. Its vintage decor and cozy atmosphere truly transport you back in time. The service is exceptional, with the staff being both friendly and attentive. The portions are generous, ensuring that you leave feeling satisfied. Overall, it’s a delightful dining experience that combines great food with wonderful hospitality.

There aren’t a lot of restaurants by me in New Jersey that offer homemade southern cooking. In fact, I can’t think of any at all. Which is why I make it a point to stop at Miz Kathi’s Cotillion in Wildwood Florida. Weeel doggies, them’s good vittles!

Quint Cafe with great food and atmosphere! The inside felt like going over to a family members dining room and getting a home cooked meal. The staff were so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed all the food but the highlights definitely were the lemonade, cornbread, and mac and cheese. The prices are on the higher side but it was worth the cost. We will be back in the future!

Had lunch at Miss Kathy’s. What a unique and cool atmosphere. 100% recommend going, seeing the cozy, old school traditional, southern vibe.
We were greeted with a warm smile. We’re got there at the right time. It’s a cozy spot and had limited seating. We were lucky enough to get the last open table. Highly recommend reservations, especially if more than 2 in your group
On to the food, there were so many items that sounded incredibly delicious, but it was lunch so we both went for a sandwich. One was the Crispy Chicken Classic. It was hige, 4 tenders, butter pickles, icebox sauce (similar to ranch – good stuff). I am picky so I hate to say it wasn’t my cup of tea. For me the pickles didn’t sit well with the chicken. The chicken tenders were delicious. The icebox sauce was good too.
Another sandwich was the Honey Chicken and Pimento. It too was large, with 4 chicken tenders. Both sandwiches were ok. One side had cornbread (more like a cake) came with butter – was delicious . The other side was Hush puppies. They were unique and fun with the honey sauce.
I would definitely try it again with maybe the chicken fried steak or any of the other deliciously sounding items. It’s worth the experience and trying out a local hometown southern restaurant. Don’t forget to call ahead and make a reservation!!

It was difficult to choose what to eat, everything on the menu sounded wonderful. I wanted to skip right to the desserts. We had a burger and a honey pimento cheese sandwich. The burger was hefty & very juicy, saturating the bottom bun. Our friend’s burger was undercooked but sent back and returned perfect. The portions were generous. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was quaint using eclectic pieces of China. Some of the southern charm could have been updated. The curtains were worn. Lots of clutter. Definitely recommend a reservation because the dining area is small. This place could make a killing with a bigger location!

Southern Comfort Food with a flare and service with a smile.
This quaint little eatery is a must-eat in the Wildwood, Oxford, Leesburg, Ocala area.
Immediately upon entering you feel right at home like going to Granny’s for Sunday brunch.
Our delicious food was served hot, fresh, and well-prepared.
We had the Sunny Egg Salad Croissant and fries. Everything was delicious.
Only one note: the portion of egg salad was slight for the size of croissant and the price charged. I know you will do better next time.
Olivia & Brittany made our lunch so pleasant with their kindness and excellent service.
Highly recommend this sweet, well curated restaurant in Wildwood, Florida.

Delicious, homemade dishes. Beautiful atmosphere. The cornbread is sweetened and layered with corn kernels. The butter bean soup was well seasoned and served in a delightful antique-looking cup. The meatloaf was fresh and not dense or overworked. When we visited they had fresh garden-grown squash which was delicious. Huge mason jars of strong brewed tea accompanied our meal. Loved the whole experience!
