I ordered a Teishoku set. The food is great, good portion, and has a lot of dishes. Salmon is perfectly grilled (recommended). The Beef Suki Yaki is too sweet, I had japanese Suki Yaki many times but this one is too much.

I was ecstatic when I heard about this amazing Japanese restaurant in East SJ. I used to have to drive cross town to get a decent Japanese food, which I regularly crave for. And Miyuki did not disappoint me. Best Japanese food in San Jose IMO!!! Fish always fresh and I can tell it was expertly sliced by a sushi master! Not just a paper thin fish like most places! And the service is really great as well (Thanks Jason & Andrew!) I became a regular instantly and really hope they will do well and keep their standard high.

Food was good! Good for groups up to 4 people, one table that could accommodate more but would probably need to call ahead of time. Food presentation was beautiful. The staff was a bit behind, possibly needed more servers.

A new restaurant in Evergreen, San Jose. It was quite busy on a Wednesday. The food is good. Unfortunately I couldn’t order my favorite rolls because it would take over 30 minutes to prepare. I think they are going through growing pains. Should have more help soon and stabilize.

Unfortunately, not up to par. The shrimp in my spring roll was not fully fried, leaving my mouth full of hard, oily shrimp bits. The tuna avocado roll was also decidedly not fresh. I noticed some light oxidation on the outside which normally isn’t a problem, but it lacked the proper consistency you’d expect from tuna.
