World class Mexican dining in the Midwest!
A classy atmosphere with friendly wait staff that lets you enjoy your meal. A wide range of choices including a seafood and a vegetarian selection.
I had a Cheese and Mushrooms Quesadilla and the Shrimp Cocktail. Both were mouth watering and not too spicy. I look forward to stopping at Mixteca Grill next time I am in Liberal Kansas!

I want to start by saying our waitress was sweet, bless her heart.
Our food was not great, it use to be really good. But where it got really bad was when we got our tickets. Food prices went up from what was on the menu. Not just a dollar, $3. My kids and I all got waters. We were on a tight budget just trying to spend time with family. Kids meals on the menu stated $6.99 without soft drinks. We got 3 kids meals and I got the Choripollo plate. My ticket was over $60… the response from another lady was that it wasn’t their fault and that you have to scan the QR code to get the updated prices.
That’s something you tell people before they order, not when it’s time to pay.
Very disappointing and we will not be back. I see why the business looks to be slowing down. The food not being great this visit was already a disappointment, but then the response to our surprise of prices was absolutely not okay.

Got a pina colada and it had absolutely zero alcohol. Never had a drink so skimped out on alcohol before. Also got the mixteca steak special. Probably one of the worst, unseasoned, unflavored steak I’ve ever had. It was insanely greasy and inedible. Their salsa is also very bland. Zero taste. Don’t recommend.

Tried here because my local friend told me this new place supplies awesome foods. The reality is, they don’t only have some of the best foods in the town, the drinks here are also no doubt on the top tier. Don’t miss this place if you also enjoy delicious creamy seafoods.

Food was good but nothing to really bag about. The red sauce on the burrito was more like a marinara sauce for pasta. The seasoning in the ground beef was minimal.
For the price you pay it’s what you would expect.
The service was amazing! Server and hosted were both extremely attentive and friendly. (Even the chip robot)
I will go back to try some other things on the menu for sure.

Texas Panhandle Fugitive Recovery
Do not recommend. Ordered a chicken soup with veggies whats on the menu. I got a tomato soup with chicken no veggies. Our server didn’t even bring napkins or silverware I had to get up and get it my self. While we were waiting for the rest of the food the server was making out with a guy in the dinning hall in front of customers and still ignored us and her tables.

Everything I have tried here has been delicious, a different meal every time. 12 out of 12 never disappointed. Atmosphere is nice, tables are spaced more than adequately apart. The chip delivering robot is a nice touch.
