I stopped by miXt Food Hall last night for the grand opening of my favorite burger and wings spot, Blazin Craft Burgers & Wings, and the whole experience was on point. The atmosphere at miXt is a vibe, and the cocktails didn’t disappoint. The bartenders are consistent with their recipes. They also have drink specials every night, which makes it an easy go-to during the week or on the weekend.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. I also appreciate how clean everything is kept, from the seating areas to the bathrooms, which are always well maintained. That level of cleanliness really makes a difference and shows the care they put into the space.

Seeing Blazin Craft open inside miXt feels like the perfect partnership. Great burgers and wings paired with miXt’s bar, cocktails, and environment makes for a really fun night out.

Overall, I had a great time, and I’m excited that one of my favorite burger and wings spots is now even closer. Definitely worth checking out!

we had an amazing experience hosting our event here! the space was beautiful, clean, and so easy to transform for our setup — everything felt seamless from start to finish.

arielle was absolutely wonderful. she was attentive, checked in on us throughout the event, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the entire experience stress-free.

as an event stylist, i truly appreciated how accommodating and well-maintained the space was. i’ll be sharing photos of the setup and tagging my business @partywitherincostello on instagram.

we loved it so much that we’ve already booked again for my daughter’s 6th birthday. highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I hosted a workshop at Mixt on 12/6, and words can’t describe the level of professionalism we experienced from the staff. Arielle, the events manager, was kind, attentive, and always available to answer questions, ensuring that our event ran smoothly.

The food was amazing, and the drinks were delicious and expertly crafted. I truly enjoyed working with Mixt—not only for their professionalism and affordable pricing but also for their genuine love for the community. It’s clear that Mixt is a hub for small business owners, local residents, families, and more.

Thank you for creating a safe and welcoming space, and for allowing us to host such an impactful event. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

I have been checking out various food halls throughout the area and miXt was on my list.

It’s such a hidden gem if you want to work and grab a bite to eat surrounded by some cool local art work. It’s got an artistic industrial arcade type of vibe. There’s even a loft area with seating.

Parking was pretty easy for a Friday afternoon. I suspect parking might be a challenge on busy weekends. The garage only had so many spaces available.

Once you park, there is a door that leads to the rear of miXt. As soon as you walk in there’s a cool Alice in Wonderland-inspired photo opp. It gives me some fun ideas for a photo shoot.

In any event, miXt has a lot to take in for a food hall beyond food. It’s really a multisensory experience with sounds, tastes, scents, sights and touch all around.

There’s the Relish Wellness Market, La Michoacana, a nice size bar and lots of local art on display.

There’s even a small arcade area with pinball machines.

It seems like miXt has a pretty robust events and activities calendar. Even though it was on the quiet side this particular Friday during the daytime, I suspect it can be a busy place at times.

I ordered takeout from La Michoacána after walking around for a bit. The local press for their tacos was enticing not to mention the scent. They tasted amazing! I decided on the chicken, shrimp & salmon tacos and added a little ranch dressing. Perfection!

I can’t recommend mixt highly enough. Their model supports small business owners and local entrepreneurs, for one thing. I eat there about once a week, and all the food is great—the pizza, the burger shop, the Mexican food, as well as the coffee and cocktails. Also, they’re always doing tons of different community activities like book clubs, trivia nights, speed dating events, etc. It’s a great place to bring my baby—there’s lots of toys and no one stands on ceremony. The owner, Sandy, cares so much about all the details, from the cleanliness to the music and so on. It’s a wonderful community space.

I checked out the venue on Thursday evening – the same day as their weekly trivia night, which was definitely a major pull factor!! Who doesn’t love testing their general knowledge, history, and song identification talents every now and again??

The food hall has a good number of vendor options to choose from depending on your mood. There’s west African cuisine, a Mexican restaurant, vegan, charcuterie board stand plus more!! So, safe to say there is something for just about everyone.

Unfortunately as it was later in the evening, a lot of the vendors had either closed up for the day or had limited items left on their menus. It was a rainy evening – so, I decided to go with something spicy to warm me up. I opted for Spice Kitchen’s Suya Platter with shrimp, jollof rice and spinach. My friend had similar, but she ordered plantains and spinach for her sides.

We were super impressed that the food was ready in all of 7 mins!!! And it was quite tasty.

The drinks that we had at miXt Drink were all super yumm! Highlights were definitely the Coconut Cartel & Pricked & Smoked cocktails!!! If you’re a fan of Mezcal – the Pricked & Smoked is definitely a must-try!!!

This would be a great place to go with a group of friends or on your own. The space has a good energy about it.

All of the restaurants are top notch. You can literally pick any of the food spots to try without any regret. The servers and manager at the bar are second to none and amazing. They deserve more than 5 stars for everyone there. I am excited for their upcoming events.

A great food hall, the bar in the middle is pretty cool. I went there for some mocktails and mine was really good. This food hall is new and really nice. It’s a lot of space for seating inside and outside. I’d recommend checking out the spice kitchen restaurant for some really good food. Don’t forget to try their in-house sauce as well.

First time here and we will be back! We tried the chicken plate with Jollof and spinach which was *chefs kiss*. The hush puppies were as big as your head and full of flavor. The drinks at the bar we right on point, and extra points for marking in the menu what drinks would best compliment the food stalls.

The art around the food hall was very cool and the gallery upstairs was worth checking out.

Only down side is that the parking is limited.

Ladies’ day out, and we met up here. I love that they have a free parking garage. Tried food from 3 places. Would go back to try the Roman pizza spot and get a burger.
