I come here a lot and usually have an overall good experience and enjoy the food. Today I was ordering salads for my girl and I one small and one large and there was absolutely not difference in the amount of food either of the salads was getting. Only difference was paying about $5-6 more after taxes. Usually my experiences are good here, but this was ridiculous. My large to go container was probably half the weight it usually is when other employees have worked the line. When I confronted the employee working he did not offer to add more or anything just saying it wasn’t intentional. Probably won’t be coming back to spend $16 again for a salad that looks already half eaten.

I stopped by this grill for a quick bite. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. I ordered the:
Chicken Ceasar wrap on whole wheat with house made potato chips
Mighty Kong (banana, chocolate protein, peanut butter, almond milk)
Avocado Toast
Fresh made turkey chili
The food came out fairly quickly! I enjoyed the smoothie and the wrap the most. The Avacado toast was ok and the chili just needed a little salt but I loved the cocktails it had to it. All in all I had a pretty good experience!

Found plastic in my salad. Me and my boyfriend regularly ate here weekly. Today we found a plastic glove in my salad. After calling and informing mixed greens, we were told to come back so they can remake the salad. Why would I come back if I just found a glove in my food? The response wasn’t appropriate and no resolution was given after telling them about what happened so I requested a refund. The manager had to confirm with the owner to check if that was possible. After checking with the owner, he said, the only thing they can do is provide a credit for the food if we come back. The only solution provided was to give us credit only if we came back and bought that same item again. I’m extremely disappointed with the reaction. I had no patience or words to combat that response and just accepted that offer. But we are no longer coming back to mixed greens, this showed how unsanitary and careless this business is. I would like to give appreciation to the manager, she was very considerate and seemed very concerned. However the owners response was inappropriate. I’m honestly surprised, we loved the food and loved coming here but after this we don’t trust what is going on in the kitchen or the customer service of mixed greens. Part of plastic glove was found in my food, why was there a part of glove in it? It’s disgusting, I do understand mistakes happen, but you would think that I should get a refund for this mistake. Its unsanitary and it shows that there is no care towards the situation. however, the owner said we need to come back and spend more money to get credit for it. It’s a shame. We won’t be back.

Stopped for a quick lunch break, got a wrap. It was fresh, tasty, really delicious. Love how they chop it and then wrap it. Only thing is they could have wrapped the wrap alittle tighter. Otherwise very pleased with my wrap!

I asked for a chopped to Cobb salad with citrus dressing, not sure what dressing this is but it’s not citrus. The salad is missing avocado plus the tomatoes taste like they’ve been frozen- they look waterlogged

Wifey brought home falafel Mediterranean salad for lunch. I have had a bite of hers when she got it couple of weeks ago so was very excited. It looked very appetizing so couldn’t wait to dig in. The lettuce, peppers, cucumber, hummus and Olive Tapenade all tasted fresh. I bite into the falafels and jeez, they were raw. There goes my lunch. All my excitement quickly turned into disappointment into anger. 5 or so falafels all doughy, uncooked/half cooked, whatever the hell u wanna call it. Utter disappointment. Wifey got the sesame chicken salad that was good. If they can’t cook their food properly not sure if I wanna eat here again.
I mean, fry the falafels properly, it’s not rocket science. SMH. ♂️ ♂️

The review rating is based on the customer service. The salads are excellent with the freshest ingredients.The customer service is the issue. More concern seems to be placed on the online orders vs those waiting on line. Maybe 1 person was attending to those on line while at least 3 were dealing with phone orders. I understand that those orders may be large but at least acknowledge the people there. I waited over 20 minutes for an assembly line salad and there were only 2 people ahead of me. 2 people on line behind me left because of the wait. It would be a shame to see the business suffer because of this easy fix. The food is excellent

Service is incredibly slow, the answer the phones as if they are confused you are calling. The staff is on phones and doesn’t work effectively or efficiently. The food is extremely over priced but good. I wouldn’t mind paying it if the experience was better.
