This might be my favorite pizza place in Athens right now. If you like Avalanche, keep going there, but for all their myriad of custom pizzas, I find them bland. Mitzi’s serves up a nice cheesy (and greasy) pizza with some powerful pepperoni. That is the basic pizza I use to judge a place by. The crust is also thin and crispy and my last one has a bit of char to the toppings which I liked.

Our pizza was absolutely gross not trying to be mean but there’s no sugar coding. It tasted just like a bad bail pizza. I have had better pizza when it was cold. So I would not suggest this place. It was gross our food didn’t barley have cheese and pepperoni either

I am visiting from Columbus. We usually get Courtside pizza but decided to try something new. This was delicious! The crust is super thin and the cheese and toppings are delicious. We also ordered a salad and was impressed with all the pepperoni that came in it as well. We could never get quality like this in Columbus like this for the price! We will definitely try it again when in town.( we are eyeballing some of the sandwiches). They were also incredibly friendly when we picked it up.5 stars plus!

I should of took a picture of the pizza! I ordered “The Beast” and a beast it was! I could barely fit the box out the door EVERYTHING about their pizza is Delicious! I also had a chef salad that was very fresh and loaded with toppings ❤️ Definitely our favorite and we can’t wait to try some other items on their menu.
