If we lived nearby, we would absolutely be regulars here. Have dined in a couple of times and enjoyed tasty sake and some of the most delicious sushi we have ever had! The fish doesn’t get any fresher. Very high quality sushi. So hard to pick a favorite! Highly recommend the Sushi Party special of whatever they have on the board. We got a different Sushi Party special on two different occasions and both were excellent. Dancing Dragon roll was definitely a favorite. Great friendly, attentive service. We had a wonderful experience both times. If you love sushi, this place is a MUST TRY! Looking forward to coming back!!

We were just passing through and decided to stop by because of the good reviews. However, when we walked in, we noticed Christmas decorations all over the place — faded and bleached by the sun… in March. Not a huge deal, but in hindsight, it should’ve been a red flag that they’re not keeping up with the place.
Customer service is a big deal for me, and at the very least, I expect a smile and a greeting at the door. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. It took forever for someone to even take our drink order, and they only had fountain tea — no brewed tea. Not a dealbreaker, but still disappointing.
The real issue, though, was cleanliness. The place just wasn’t clean — and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My shoes were sticking to the floor, and there was visible residue and grime all over the walls, sink, and floor. Honestly, I felt dirty walking out.
To top it off, they automatically added an 18% tip to our bill — even though we were just a family of five, not a large party.
With poor service, mediocre food, and a seriously neglected space, we won’t be coming back. Definitely not worth the stop!

Customer service is non-existent here. We waited over a half hour for a simple takeout order of noodles, and when we asked about the wait (we were initially told 10-15 minutes) it was obvious the server who took our order couldn’t care less. A little courtesy can sometimes go a long way, but we got nothing from her but a sour attitude, as she didn’t even hand us our bag when it was finally ready. And to top it off, the food was just mediocre. We will never come back, and do NOT recommend!!

We always order take out from them. Then we decided to go and eat there on a Friday night. The place looks very cute but we were the ONLY ONES there. They were having many promotions and for our surprise the promotions were ONLY for take out. So I guess they don’t want to encourage people to go and eat in the restaurant . Lesson learned. We will never go back.

The food was very good and flavorful. We came on a Sunday around 1pm and it wasn’t busy. We was sitted quickly. Server came right over and took our drink order. We had the shumai which excellent. The only food besides appetizers and sushi is hibachi. We had the chicken and salmon hibachi was very good. The veggies had a great flavor. The chef made me riceless sushi roll for $3 extra but I did really enjoyed have a low carb option.

Sometimes “strip mall” restaurants tend to get overlooked, but this is a shining star for Japanese food! We are “foodies” when we travel and hit the spot with this one! Would definitely return!

What to say about Mito Sushi and Grill?
Great service over the phone and inside the restaurant. They are stepping up on that since their dining room is still closed.
They marked each roll on the to go containers so we would know what each is.
They covered everything with plastic to make sure they prevent the spread of COVID-19 and they wear masks.
The sushi is so flavorful and the shrimp shumai is one of the best.

$88 for 6 rolls and an order of gizo.(some missing from photo kids grabbed).
The rolls were huge, fish fresh, and very delish. We ordered to go and enjoyed at home. Everything was nicely packaged and there were plenty of sauces.
It was so much I had lunch for the next day. Definitely reccomend.

Order a sashimi deluxe, they’re cheap with salmon, given only 2 pieces. Also ordered sushi appetizer, the fish was sliced paper thin.
Disappointed. They need to do better.
