This place rocks! The food is amazing. It was fresh, quality and these guys do not skimp! Also the service was excellent. I’m glad a new restaurant like this appeared and I recommend this place. Just take a look at the pictures. The all you can eat sushi dinner also came with generous amounts of sashimi. The rice and fish ratio was also pretty good. Like I said these guys do not skimp and I feel like I definitely got my money’s worth. If there is one thing I hate is too much rice in my nigiri. These guys do not disappoint. Check it out for your self and you’ll thank me later. P.s. try the orgasm roll and centennial roll!

Mito Sushi is a new AYCE sushi restaurant located in Centennial around Southlands Shopping Mall. I love me some AYCE sushi so I had to check it out even though it is very far from where I live.
When entering, the hostess was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there even not answering questions and no greeting. That right away put a bad taste in our mouths. It also took a while for anyone to help us but once we were helped, service was great!
The sushi quality here is actually surprisingly good. If I received the sushi we got here at an à la carte spot, I wouldn’t have been disappointed. The one thing they lack here though is a big menu. Compared to other AYCE restaurants, there isn’t a wide selection especially for nigiri and starters. It was plenty for me but keep that in mind.
Overall, Mito isn’t bad and I would come back if in the neighborhood.

Amazing food and amazing people. Our server Beini is sweet but so is Coco and Annie!! These ladies are fabulous. I do wish they would offer better quality napkins as the cheap dispenser ones are awful. This is my place to come for good quality sushi!!

An absolute must for sushi lovers!!! The quality of the fish is unmatched. I have never had better tasing fish than here. Very fun vibes with good music every time we go. All you can eat very delicious carefully crafted. The service is extremely pleasant and quick. Great for date nights or celebration. It is always very clean too.

I was really impressed with the quality of the food and how fresh and beautifully made it was. This place looks like it’s great for couples, families and groups alike. The menu had lots options for rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Miso soup was amazing and baked muscles were soooo good! The service was excellent too… highly recommended.

Great all you can eat place for the value, honesty seems like one of the best. If you mostly eat the fish and sushi (not rolls) you’ll definitely find it worth it. Their rolls did not really look appealing, but their sashimi and sushi were 10/10. The appetizers, especially fried chicken, were amazing as well. The service was great as well and the place looked clean and new.

BEST SUSHI PLACE EVER. coming from Alaska it’s hard to find a fresh tasting and amazing sushi here in denver metro, until we found this place. Awesome staff, very nice people. Recommend crazy Friday roll and pink Cadillac roll. Their sashimi tastes extremely fresh and delicious!
