It was a nice first experience and our server was very fun. And the family we was sitting with was so cool. Enjoy a birthday. It seems this is definitely the spot to go to for your birthday. It’s fun for kids and everyone and the food is amazing, A Bit pricey but you’re paying for the experience and the performance interaction. Drinks are not bad. The customer service is very very good. We had Flo and she made sure everyone was happy.

Mito Hibachi 8000 Mall Walk yonkers Ny 10704.(cross county center mall) If your in the area give your palette a treat with delicious hibachi. Miso soup was wonderful balance of dashi and miso.Spicy salmon roll was also fresh and delicious .hibachi chicken and striploin was tender and flavorful with side of fried rice and saute vegetables. Also the hibachi salmon and shrimp was tender and delicious. If your at the mall try mito your palette won’t disappoint.

Sara-
Happy hour all day every day. I’d say the value was a good deal but the Hibachi gets a little loud with some obnoxious guests. The cocktails are delicious and a little strong which is good and the items are priced perfectly. Service is good but when it gets busy, it’s a little lacking. I’d recommend.

I stopped by Mito Hibachi in Yonkers for their happy hour at the bar. They have a nice selection of both food and drinks, with plenty of options to choose from. The place wasn’t busy when I went, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The service wasn’t the best, but it also wasn’t bad — just average overall. Still, it was a decent experience and worth checking out for happy hour. Happy hour is all day Monday-Friday

Best Asian spot hands down! Great people, great atmosphere. These people are so good with their service — Hibachi entree’s were my go-to. Sushi? To die for. Their ramen soups? So good! Kid friendly, family friendly, couple friendly. It can be romantic, which I love!

I’ve been coming here for many months already and this place has become one of the best places which I have eaten at. The staff here are amazing and very friendly. They always have staff around to make sure that all the food is good and if there’s anything else that is needed. This place usually does get quite full in some moments but there’s always a place to sit and enjoy some time. There’s as well a bar which they sell margaritas and other liquor drinks. The images were taken when I came to visit in different moments of the year but the quality and taste of the food is always good. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a good place to eat, even after shopping.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was heartbreaking. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday, something we do every year at a hibachi restaurant because she loves the singing and the show. The server/manager, Leo, was pleasant at first, but we waited 40–50 minutes for our food while tables seated after us were served first. The kids’ appetizers were also forgotten.

After we told Leo it was my daughter’s birthday, we were promised a free ice cream. We paid and then waited another 40 minutes while other tables around us received birthday celebrations. Watching this, my daughter began crying uncontrollably, asking why everyone else was getting ice cream and she wasn’t. What should have been a happy moment turned into her sitting at the table in tears on her birthday.

When I asked again, I was told there were many tickets ahead of us, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Another waiter brought the ice cream out immediately when asked, but by then the damage was done. We left with my daughter hysterically crying and my son very upset.

The service was poor, the manager had an attitude, and the food was just okay. We still tipped well. To make things worse, when I returned about a lost credit card, the manager showed no concern and didn’t even ask for my

I give it 2 stars because it is very overpriced and the portions were small. Also, the uncomfortable feeling of having to tip the hibachi chef as soon as he finishes cooking. Now you feel obligated to tip him since everyone else did and I prefer to tip when the bill comes at the end. We asked why is this done and couldn’t get a clear explanation from the manager. It seems if you don’t tip once he’s done cooking he doesn’t get your tip when you pay and the tip you give when you pay goes to the waiter, so now you’re tipping twice. I don’t want to touch money when I’m eating nor do I want to go to the bathroom to wash my hands after tipping to come bk to my food left unattended. We spent 250.00 for 3, outrageous for simple meals. Never going there again. I’d rather go to IKKOS in Throggs Neck. You get more food there and soup is included. At this place noodles were extra, soup was extra etc etc.

I have to say, I’ve never been so impressed with a waiter’s service beforeeeeee. Even though Ms.Zhen was clearly so busy, she managed to stay incredibly attentive, and it didn’t go unnoticed. She made sure to take care of us as soon as possible, and her smile was so comforting……it honestly made the whole dining experience feel so warm and welcoming. Zhen Z went above and beyond, keeping everything on track and making sure every customer was happy. Her ability to stay organized under all that pressure is truly sweet. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. She is an absolute star, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have you!

I can’t forget about my guy Frankeeee we came by for lunch and he treated us sooooo well. He recommended us one of their popular sushi and let me tell you that my mouth was watering with each bite!! Now I don’t give praises to all lol but they definitely earn a happy
consistent customer . I love you Mito
