We ordered a fish sandwich with halibut and fish tacos to share between 2. The sandwich was good, and the fish was fresh; however, it was a bit overseasoned. The shrimp were very fresh and plentiful. The portions were good, and the market fish prices were fair. The indoor seating was dim and cramped, I’m sure it would be cozy after sundown, but the weather was fair when we went, so we ate outside. The view is good, it’s right next to the marina. The counters for eating outdoors were small but did the job.

Had a great experience at Mitch’s seafood restaurant, great waterfront views of the harbour, very casual seating that has quick turnover so finding a table even with our large party of 7 wasn’t a problem. Tasty tacos, we got the calamari, fried cod and halibut along with clam chowder soup. Chowder wasn’t anything special. But the fish tacos and calamari were delicious, and healthy portions. For someone who has a kid, it may not be the most kid friendly space as tables are quite crammed together and bar height seating outdoors.

This is the best seafood I’ve ever had. The fries were perfectly crispy and soft. The fish was so well battered and every bite was heavenly. The shrimp OMG the shrimp! I could cry talking about the shrimp. The lemonade was so good I’ve never been so disappointed to finish a drink. The atmosphere is a small restaurant by the dock super open and friendly. Inside the restaurant is a bit small but cozy. Food is made quick and fresh as you order. 10/10 everyone and their mother should try it.

I love Mitch’s and been here many times. Whenever we have visitors in town, we take them here for the fresh fish tacos, catch of the day.

Friendly staff and very delicious food. I highly recommend you check them out. We had one order of the Fisherman’s stew, crab cake sandwich and one kid’s cheeseburger meal. Overall we’re very satisfied. You can also see the neighborhood fisherman being in there daily catch. I recommend you stop by when you’re in the neighborhood.

First time visiting. Ordered chilaquile plate. Very good for being a seafood place, and not that spicy which was great for me. Also ordered the special with fried goodies, shrimp, calamari, fish, and a crab cake. Damn that crab cake was delicious. View of the boats was nice and calming.

Overall good experience. Wish I could give a 4.5 star. Amazing atmosphere, good food, fish tacos were good but not great compared to others we had during our trip to the San Diego area this week. Wife’s grilled shrimp was great. Fries were very blah. Clam chowder was okay. Definitely worth going to if you’re in the area.

To start off with the cool things, this is very unique OG restaurant, focused on fresh seafood. The prices overall are very fair, and I’ve been here twice and the staff is always very kind. The location is very cool, by the water.

Wonderful location looking out into the harbor. The staff are jovial and friendly. However it’s the delicious food that makes this place so special. We had the mussels and the broth was so good. The Clam Chowder is a must and the lobster rolls are rich and filling. Just be mindful of the sea gulls if dining alfresco. Highly recommended.

Mitch’s right at the dock so it hard to find fresher seafood. It is a counter service joint but the quality of the preparations are outstanding. I hate standing in line but it moves pretty quickly and gives you time to figure out the menu as there are a lot of options. The extensive fried foods section is tasty for those who can handle a lot of fried food. Healthier choices that let the seafood shine are their tacos, crudo and platters. Theres also a good lineup of local beer. I suggest eating on the outdoor counter watching the fishing boats come in.
