⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Mitch’s on El Patio

We had an incredible dinner at Mitch’s on El Patio, and it deserves a full 5 stars from start to finish. From the moment we sat down, the service, atmosphere, and food were all exceptional.

Our server, Mikey, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and kept the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You could tell he takes pride in what he does.

We ordered three dishes, and every single one was a standout:

1. Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes & Asparagus
Perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. The steak was tender with a rich, flavourful sear, and the sauce tied everything together without overpowering the meat. The mashed potatoes were silky, and the asparagus had the perfect bite. Truly a top-tier steak.

2. Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice
One of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. The crispy rice squares were golden and crunchy on the outside while still soft inside, topped with fresh tuna, avocado, and just the right amount of heat. The drizzle of sauce and sesame added amazing flavour. A must-order dish.

3. Salmon & Hamachi Sashimi
Exceptionally fresh and melt-in-your-mouth quality. The presentation was beautiful, and the fish had that perfect clean taste you want from sashimi. You can tell they take sourcing seriously.

Overall, Mitch’s on El Patio delivered on every level — food, service, and atmosphere. Mikey made the night even better, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and great service.

I want to say i found our server Sarah and our food was top notch!! Her timing and her warm personality was wonderful! Lobster and my filet was excellent. We enjoyed our early Valentines experience and try the Chocolate Balloon cake. Delicious!

Right when we got there, we were greeted by Mitch, who’s very personable and sets the positive attitude for the staff. We went when it was rainy so we were seated upstairs in the mezzanine area. The entire restaurant is beautiful decorated without being uncomfortably opulent. Food was exquisite. Standout was the Chilean Sea Bass. We’ll certainly be back to try more items on the menu.

I went to Mitch’s for lunch with a group in the private room upstairs. Everything was fine, just not spectacular as I was expecting. I had the pesto and pistachio salmon. The Chinese Chicken Salad looked spectacular and I heard people say it was excellent. The atmosphere is probably better at night. I would probably not go back.

Our favorite restaurant in the desert! The food is exceptional, and the service equally as magnificent. Mitch is the consummate restaurateur and a fun host. Our favorite waiter is Daniel. The wine selection is spectacular, with a wide variety of delicious options at price points for everyone. You can’t go wrong here. The crispy rice is always a highlight. I’m always impressed with the sushi, and they nail any fish they put on the menu. This last time, I tried the pork chop which was one of the best I’ve had.

Went here for a birthday celebration, and it was a fantastic experience!

It was also everyone’s first time coming, and the whole group could not stop talking about how good the food and service were.

Our waitress was so great at checking in with us about our drinks, food, and even making sure we weren’t too hot since we sat outside.

I didn’t grab any photos of everyone else’s food (we dug in almost immediately), but I did get mine! I ordered the jumbo shrimp and scallops plate. It was my first time trying scallops, actually.

I loved the texture of those and that the food was SO hot and tasty. The mashed potatoes were divine (though I’m a sucker for anything potato).

Overall, I would highly recommend coming here for any celebration.

Such amazing food and such a great experience. The staff was incredible and their recommendations were top notch. Mitch and his wife were super friendly and stopped by to greet us. Sushi was incredibly fresh and unique combinations. Definitely eat the crispy rice!! And the non-sushi options were a hit too. Def save room for dessert.

Mitch’s always offers a great experience… we had to book early as it was in season, and it was busy then as well. I had the rack of lamb which was sensational and we also had the sole, which was very tasty…. The desserts were also excellent.
Our waiter was fabulous and always attentive to our needs…. Plenty of car parking around the back and they have a Valet too…. If you just want a drink, they have a very well stocked bar too
