So yummy, friendly staff and super clean. I got the mocha sundae – amazing! And my hubs got strawberry and wild berry crunch scoops. He said “this wild berry crunch is amazing” like 12 times so we enjoyed it! Staff was super friendly and let me sample a flavor. Will come back during our next Cleveland visit.

Awesome Ice cream!! Great Atmosphere, great service and delicious ice cream with so many tasty flavors to choose from. Mitchell’s is exclusively unique to Cleveland so if in town for any reason I highly recommend checking them out. I will definitely be visiting again!!

This place is a must try ! I tried out the fudge/ice cream combo with pistachio ice cream and it was phenomenal. The ice cream was rich and good quality and the serving sizes generous. You can easily share one of these with another person, which I recommend especially if you aren’t use to having sweets too much. The ice cream scoops are massive here as well. The indoor decor and setting is absolutely exceptional. Looking forward to coming back here next time I’m in the area!

We love Mitchell’s and their ice cream and we come here a few times per week. They were expensive even before rising the prices BUT now prices went up even more and now they charge you for sitting and eating. It was nice coming here but this is too much!

The store is clean and well organized. When we visited on a Sunday in early March, it was busy. As always, I love to watch the model train running around on the elevated track.

As we were driving by we noticed Mitchell’s and boy were we excited we did! The ice cream selections offer something for everyone. The best part, it’s homemade and the even better part, it was delicious. If you’re in the area or not, definitely give Mitchell’s a try. We look forward to returning during our next visit to Ohio.

Ice cream was good and large selection. I don’t care for employers that push agendas with employees or customers, and the only flag that should be proudly displayed should be American flags. I was only there for ice cream. Wont be back.

Asked for a cookie dough scoop in a cone. They served it in a cup with a cone on top, saying that the ice cream was too soft for a cone. In reality, it was very melted. It should not have been served. I could have simply chosen a different flavor that didn’t have consistency issues. I’ve been going to Mitchell’s for years and am very disappointed.
