This place is killer. Tantanman was unbelievable – so much meat! The tonkotsu was nice, but the tantanmen stole the show. We will undoubtedly come back! I’d like to try some of their other dishes specifically I’d love to see how their gyoza is. Also, I’m curious how the Curry is. But I’ll be dreaming about the tantanmen.

Tonkotsu delicious ~ depths of flavor in the pork bone broth; the serving bowls deep and filled with scallions, ginger, noodles, perfectly cooked, egg, and delicious pork. The staff were kind and gentle. Everyone around seemed too thoroughly love their food, including me. It was a welcoming environment after a hard week.

Outstanding Ramen Experience at Mitaka Japanese Ramen House.
I recently visited Mitaka Japanese Ramen House and tried their Tantan Ramen and Signature Tonkotsu Ramen.and it was absolutely phenomenal—a true bowl of art!
The broth was incredibly rich and deep in flavor. It was creamy, savory, and perfectly seasoned. clearly simmered for hours to achieve that incredible depth.
The noodles were cooked to perfection and did an excellent job of holding onto the flavorful broth.
The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and authentic. This is, without a doubt, the best ramen I’ve had in a long time.
Highly, highly recommended! If you’re a ramen lover, this place is a must-try. I can’t wait to come back for more!

Went here to escape the island for a night and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and sake even better. We had a big group and sat at the bar and everyone seemed happy with what they ordered. I had the octopus and the spicy pork meal and while I’d probably not get the octopus again(not really my thing, just wanted to give it a try) my wife enjoyed it. The spicy pork had some kick but it was extremely good. Would definitely come back.

I go here quite often. The service is always great and quick. The food always hits the spot on a cooler day, and even on the hottest Florida days. I love their pork belly bao buns & their Miso broth ramen (extra spicy)!
