We were cruisin through town on the bike and found a great restaurant / diner. First time there. We split the tenderloin sandwich and onion rings. Great food, reasonable prices. Highly recommend. Smoking on one side of the dining room and no smoking on the other side, just like it used to be. Be aware no debit or credit cards accepted, cash only, just how it used to be. Hidden gem! Put Misty’s at the top of your favorite diner list. They even have cobbler a la mode! We will be back, see you there!

Didn’t even get to try the food. I walked in with my family, had a waitress walk right by us, nobody greeted us, there were no signs to seat ourselves or to wait, and people eating were just staring at us standing in the doorway until we finally left. I’ve heard good things about this place and it isn’t far from my home, but sadly I doubt we’ll ever try to go back after that.

First of all, be aware this is a SMOKING restaurant. There are 2 or 3 tables that are non-smoking and those signs did not control the air pollution at all. There were no vents to remove the smoke, just one big room. We should have left at that point we realized it, but we’d already been seated and ordered drinks. The food was okay. Our waitress was quite literally about 8 years old, but she hustled and did a great job. Collectively everyone at our table all agreed this was our one and only visit here. If you’re a smoker and you like a greasy spoon diner this place is absolutely for you.

Great local place to grab a bite to eat, they have a daily special, and almost always have delicious pie choices available!! They have a standard menu with the usual short-order choices available, burgers, chicken, fries, etc , plus several choices of fried foods: mushrooms, okra, onions, etc….Plus they have dinner menu choices, with an entree and sides. They also make orders to go, in case you don’t want to or cannot eat in the restaurant.

First time in Misty’s and I have been by it a thousand times. It’s a small town diner that makes you feel at home while there. The food was hot, fresh, and had great flavor. The service was friendly and helpful. They kept my hot cup of coffee full without me having to ask. The atmosphere was friendly and quiet. The regulars enjoying their meals and conversation with neighbors. They don’t take credit or debit cards, only cash or check so be prepared. I will be stopping in again when out that way.

Terrible service. Been waiting since i got my food for more water. The lady hasnt checked on me once. The burger is nasty. Mozarella sticks are burnt and they microwaved my marinara sauce in the cup the gave it to me in… will not be returning even if you paid me.

Yes we were caught off guard by the cash only policy. We were ok but a couple people in our group of 10 had to hit the ATM at the downtown bank. Our server was great throughout our meal. Brought out menus and drinks right off. Split up our orders and got them all right. Had our checks when we finished. Our food was good and just as ordered for adults and kids. I don’t know where else you can eat for prices like theirs. So many locals in there greeting each other was nice to see. Not an empty table in the place. Get there by 9am on a Saturday morning. Only one fellow fired up a cigarette just before we left so I felt lucky.

They don’t take credit or debit cards. No problem with that. The food was freshly prepared, hot and tasty. Our server was nice. Smoking is allowed here and there is a no-smoking section which is a joke. While no customers were smoking while we were there, the dining area reeked of cigarette smoke. Really unappetizing.
