Braved the traffic for 1.5 hours to try their steak, when we arrived, no steak available.

We visited your restaurant on February 16 (Monday) at around 5:00 PM. At that time, your server informed us that all steak items were sold out due to the Valentine’s dinner the night before.
Our review reflects exactly what we experienced that day. It was never our intention to mislead or defame your business. We simply shared our honest experience as customers.
We were actually open to revisiting and updating our review in the future. However, being accused of posting something misleading or defamatory was disappointing.
That said, we sincerely wish your restaurant continued success and hope future diners will have a better experience.

We had been here before but today we came and no customers were there but us. I had ordered the small steak in the past and it was good but today I wanted to order the tomahawk steak. They said it would take 1 hour and instead offered me the 250g T-bone steak and said it would be faster. We waited almost 1 hour and they handed me a cold sizzler plate with a cold steak that was raw. So cold the butter would not melt even a little. I waited while they took it back for another 20 minutes .. my GF had finished her meal long ago.. finally they bring it out and still cold and butter not melting. I said just put in on the grill a little to make it cooked a little .. another 15 minutes and it arrives .. exactly the same…. Cold. We won’t be back. No offering of some discount from the staff or nothing… nothing. Over 1.5 hours to wait for a cold steak that takes 3 minutes to cook when no other guests were there. And I even left a tip! Never again.

Food is okay. Kare-kare tastes great. You get what you pay for. Their beef also tastes okay, quite yummy to be honest.
My issue is that they don’t know how to compute PWD. My beef costs 299 pesos and the discount is only 20 pesos? The crew told me how they were told to compute and the computation shows exactly 20 pesos. With that, I believe the problem lies with the management since the crew only follows how they were taught.
Also, the place is quite claustrophobic to be honest. Many customers but the space seems to be too small.

Premium Ribeye Steak is delicious! For me, dining area was very spacious. The only downside is their parking space. But nonetheless, food was very good. Will definitely go back.

Ordered via Grab for 10:30a delivery. Portion is not shareable, only good for 1 person. Kare Kare is not crispy, tasted stale, like leftovers from the night before and they just served it again. It’s salty without bagoong. I would never order from them again.

It was my first time going here so we decided to try because it’s near where we lived. The atmosphere is not very welcoming especially when around lunch time Maybe it’s good to eat there in the evening. Please also use quality rice i didn’t order another rice because the rice is wet or uncooked

The place was almost full, (we waited for 30 minutes ) and merong couple nag invite samin sa table nila for us to share kasi two lang naman kami kakain. ( The table has 4 chairs, only two is occupied )
Then we called the waiter (skinny male), and asked if we can order na. And he said no because he said that “the order will be mixed up” which is a very stupid reason. And then he completely ignored and left us.
It’s your job to organise the orders and serve your customer. And besides there’s only 4 of us sa table, and pretty sure the couple already took their order so how can you mix it up?
Very poor service and asinine staff. Won’t bother coming here again.
