I recently ordered a bacon cheeseburger with green pepper and provolone cheese , and French fries . My order can fast but one thing was wrong . My burger didn’t have bacon on it , so I called back . I relayed my concern and was treated with respect . After I told them my burger had no bacon . Before I could suggest the young lady asked if I wanted another burger delivered . I said yes and it came flawlessly, it was the “ BEST “ burger I’ve had in quite some time . They do great things there and I “ HIGHLY “ recommend you try their food . You will be more than satisfied as I am .

This place has been a go to pizza place for about a year and we are great tippers. Our last delivery order of an extra large pizza was cold the bread was tough and a little burned like maybe they were trying to keep it warm before delivery which took over an hour when I live 9 minutes away. I called to inform them of the poor quality and Monica says “OK what do you want a new pizza, a credit?” Very dry with no apology…I said a credit is fine, then I clarified whether this meant my next order of an extra large pizza would be no charge and I was told “I’m crediting the $2 delivery fee” never mind the lack of empathy or apology. I will not be ordering from here again. As I get older I am more conscious about spending my money with businesses who don’t appear to care about the service they provide.
