Mr. Lee’s is no joke.

I came here a few days after visiting another ramen spot just to remind myself that vegetarian ramen can still be elite. That other place had me questioning everything. Mr. Lee’s brought me back to life.
They’ve been serving legit ramen since they opened, and while I’ve never been to their other location, this one in Easton has the exact vibe I’m looking for. I always sit at the window, just watching the city pass me by. It’s got that unbothered energy. The kind of place where you can take your time and let the flavor remind you why you came.
I always get the same vegetarian ramen with the 60-minute egg. The broth is kicking. Every bowl feels intentional like someone actually cared. It’s flavorful, full bodied, and packed with ingredients that come together like a chorus. And the consistency?

They never disappoint. Ever.
This time, I noticed a new menu item: cauliflower wings. Being vegetarian, I had to give them a shot. At $15, they were a little steep… especially for the portion size. I was expecting more. But what I got was still worth talking about.
Fried to perfection with japanese breadcrumbs and served with blue cheese dressing. I don’t even normally like blue cheese, but I found myself finishing all of it. The wings were light, crispy, and satisfying.. just not quite enough to justify ordering again when my regular ramen bowl is a few bucks more and can easily feed two while the coliflower made me wish there was more.

Still, I’m glad I tried them. That’s what I love about this place they’re always evolving, always offering something new, but the core ramen stays strong.
Keep going. You’ve never let me down. And I’ll keep pulling up for the bowl that reminds me why I love ramen in the first place.

The food was hit or miss. My husband loved the Ramen, but the chicken and cucumber salad was not the best.

I bring my 3 year old granddaughter here as often as I can. This is our spot. The food is consistent and delicious. We sit by the front windows, which is a whole vibe.

This place is always peaceful. The staff is always kind. I hope Mr. Lee’s is always an option because we are hooked on their delicious ramen bowls. I hope you visit soon! They don’t disappoint.

All ingredients taste fresh and the ramen is perfect….the fried chicken is tender and the pork belly is bursting with flavor…service is fast and you can eat anywhere in the market. Center city parking is always a nightmare on the weekends but it’s worth fighting the traffic and crowds to get to this place!

I drive an hour and a half, two to three times a year, just to order their organic fried chicken ramen. The flavors in this soup are amazing!!

This is the most conflicted I’ve been about a dish in a long time. Recently moved to the area, huge ramen fan. Ordered the Hot and Spicy bowl, the broth / ground pork / egg combo is was incredibly flavorful, on the level of the Ramen Shop in Oakland, but the noodles were worse than instant ramen noodles. No bounce at all, almost like a dry pasta. The only thing I can place when eating them is the packaged dry ramen, which are awful. I am so confused. Will go back to figure out what is going on…

Located in the Easton market, plenty of window seating and bar seating for dining in. The ramen here is definitely a little different, but pretty good. They have only a few options, but still have something to offer for everyone. Ramen is full of flavor and the portion is good as well. Definitely worth trying.

Stopped by Mister Lee’s Noodles and it was a great quick meal. I got the noodle bowl and it came out hot, flavorful, and really comforting. The place is small but cozy, slightly too pricy

Decent bowl of noodle soup but calling this Ramen is incorrect. It’s noodle soup with more Chinese flavouring elements and a few Japanese touches. I got Mr. Lee’s noodles with GF noodles. They prepared the Gluten Free Noodles well and they were a nice texture without being over cooked. The soft cooked egg was my favourite part. There wasn’t enough broth and I was expecting a rich tonkatsu pork broth, alas it was more soy sauce flavoured broth which wasn’t bad but a little one note with the Chasu pork. Mushrooms on top were nice but the bok Choy was raw which was a strange choice. A bit pricey for what you get.

Mister lee’s noodles were decent, better than the fried chicken ramen which I also tried, it’s quite salty though… the soup base flavor was good, overall a bit pricey for the portion. I recommend sharing to try different flavors. You can find seating in the back and they’ll bring the noodles to your table!
